More Casey Anthony documents to be released today
The State Attorney's Office will release discovery in the Casey Anthony case this afternoon.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - New discovery documents in the case against Casey Anthony are set to be released today. This comes a day after new motions were filed. Prosecutors filed to keep the check fraud charges against Anthony. Her defense team wants them dismissed.

Good Morning Monkeys!!    A Doc Dump!   

Thanks Sunny for your input regarding seated forward of the bar. I don't see any reason for the Anthony's to be able to sit at the table. Maybe in the chairs behind the table, but I don't even understand that.....they've never sat there before. I was wondering also if a new attorney might be seen?  I guess we will have to wait to find out.......I have to remember my patience. 

I was probably wrong about the A's...it was the first thing that popped in my mind....knowing how they love to be center of attention   this darn case is testing our patience for certain!!

Prosecutors: don't throw out Casey's check fraud charges

Prosecutors are firing back at Casey Anthony's defense team's request to toss out most of the check fraud-related charges against her.
Anthony's attorneys claimed the 13 charges were redundant and amount to double jeopardy because they relate to only four instances of forged checks. For each check, Anthony was charged with fraudulent use of personal identification number, forgery, and uttering a forged check. She's also facing one count of grand theft.

But in a motion filed December 4th, the State Attorney's Office argued each charge is a "distinct crime" with "independent elements of proof," and not simply different degrees of the same offense.

A hearing in Anthony's case will be held Friday. The motions to be heard include one to stop video surveillance of the accused child killer in jail, and to destroy existing video of Anthony with her family

would it be normal to let the Anthonys sit forward the bar? I know attorneys do, but i dont think i have seen that in any other court proceedings


Morning Jesse.....nothing about this case is normal where the A's are concerned...but I am now thinking it might be for BC.....even though he is being called to testify he is the atty for an 'interested party'...but I am PURELY SPECULATING and am probably WRONG

I will be out of town tomorrow until saturday night. please keep me informed on what goes on tomorrow at the hearing and i will come home and read up...LOL

  It is really too bad that this family couldn't have used all their energy to try and have a good family life and take care of their daughter's craziness, and take care of little Caylee. But instead they have used all their energy to be sneaky, liars, criminals, and the list goes on and on. I sure am glad that I will not have to deal with the bad karma coming their way.

A man has filed motions on behalf of himself and Casey Anthony . One is a Motion to Dismiss. The other is a Motion of Inquiry.

In his handwritten documents, Elgine Furlow claims that Casey Anthony is innocent. He claims Casey Anthony said that a young under aged male killed her 2-year-old daughter Caylee Anthony.
