Yeah, why are they allowed to do this? Doesn't sound right to me. LE hasn't named him a suspect. What gives defense lawyers a right to name him as a suspect? Why can they do this. They talk about KC's rights, what about his?? LE cleared him, why do they get to name him and drag his name through the mud. It's like they've convicted him already. Am I wrong in my thinking here, that what they are doing is wrong. Is it actually legal, that's what I want to know!

I just wish someone had the real guts to delve into Jose's background, and his sexual preferences and his romantic dalliances , and his ex-wives opinions of him, and his dirty dealings, and the things he has said in his bragging private statements. He would be screaming and threatening to sue all over the place. How would he like to be told he was under suspicion for killing Caylee because he is her lawyer??? Krunk found her. Period.

I hope all the people that thought Krunk was hinky are now satisfied. I think even they can see this has gone way, way overboard.

Basically, the motion wasn't necessary, Kronk could have been questioned during the trial.
Motion was done in a very public way. . . .
Lawyer has qualified immunity, if he defames a person during trial that person cannot sue.
Any statements made outside of trial do not fall under that immunity
Mr. Baez may face Bar inquiry       

So, basically, he made a dumb move. That's a new one for him -- NOT. 

Speaking of Bar complaints, what ever became of the complaint against Bozo by Judge Strickland?

No Fanny, that makes no sense whatsoever. I was asking the same exact question earlier. If he killed her he had it made, for if they never found her he'd have got away with it. Also, if someone else found her, we would have never heard of him for there is no evidence that would have led to him. The Bozo's must be desperate cause it's the only thing left they can even try. What happened to blaming a family member,friend or even an ex-boyfriend. Guess none of those theories panned out because they couldn't find a path to lead to any of them. Also, if it was Kronk what on earth happened to Miss Zanny T. Nanny that KC left Caylee with?? Seems that the Bozo's have already forgot all about her.

I am a bartender, have been for many years. I have "overheard" may convos in my career, including celebs and polititions.  Oh the stories I could tell, but never did (well except at the dinner table, hehehe.
I have been known to get certain people tipsy, and instigate so I could get dish ( nothing sinister I promise).

How did he come in contact with Caylee in the first place?
How did he get KC to not tell anyone her child was taken from her?
How did he get KC to drive around with her dead daughter in her car for days, and not say a thing to anyone?
How did he get KC's car back to dispose of Caylee in the woods down the road from KC's home?
He did he get KC to make up the Nanny story?
How did he get KC to give him things from the Ant home so that he could leave it with her body to implicate KC?
How did he get KC to not say a single thing to anyone, even after others discovered Caylee was gone?
How did he get KC to lie to LE and drive them on a wild goose chase?
How did he get KC's family to go around the US looking for a live Caylee, when she was never missing in the 1st place?

They found there was 'not enough evidence' to support the complaints. Note that they do not say Innocent. Media said he was 'cleared' but I don't read it the same way.
He still has a couple more pending IIRC.
