Good Morning.  If anyone can explain to me... How can Bozo file a motion dated Thurs, regarding Kronk's untruthfulness, yet Kronk was not deposed until Friday.  Is that in-itself reason for JStrickland to deny the motion?

I do not know the answer to your question .  Perhaps they will be turning in their tarrot cards, crystal ball, ouija board and magic 8 ball as evidence that they had the answers to how Kronk would reply the day prior to actually questioning him. 

I had thought Kronk was deposed on Thursday which gave team Bobo Friday to hit all the morning shows, court TV and JVM. 

Regardless, it is proof they had the smear campaign and reasonable doubt broadcastes fully planned and scheduled especially with Ms Lyon's calendar being oh so busy that she has to compare it to the judge's calendar for court appearances.

Sorry, but the Memorandum/Motion was dated November 18, 2009, the day before Kronk was deposed.

It was, however, filed on Thursday, November 19, right after the deposition was finished for the day, which would have made it very late, and just under the wire.

Friday, Nov 20, was National Media day for the defense team.

Hey you are correct, I mis-spoke about the dates, but got it in the right order Is it possible the judge will throw it out just for that reason?
 Just to add, didn't Kronk originally place his calls anonymously, meaning to me he was not in it for the money.

Holy Cosmetic Surgery  Not sure if my hunch is right but I had thought a while back that she was keeping a low profile because she had gone in for some work - down time on cosmetic surgery can be lengthy but then again I might be wrong and she was just touched up in that photo but WOW.

Hi sweet monkeys!! I noticed at the store this morning an Enquirer magazine with front cover pic's about Caylee.A picture of a pool saying there was a witness to the murder and a weapon found.Anyone heard anything about this?I know it's a rag but just wondering..

Louisville TV executive becomes WESH general manager

A Louisville, Ky., television executive has been named the new general manager of WESH-Channel 2 and WKCF-Channel 18, Hearst-Argyle Television announced Wednesday.

James Carter (left) has been the president and general manager of WLKY, the Hearst-Argyle station in Louisville, since 1999.

He succeeds Bill Bauman, who retired last month.

"Jim has been an outstanding executive for our company over the past 20 years," David Barrett, president and chief executive officer of Hearst-Argyle Television Inc., said in a statement. "Most recently, his leadership of WLKY has been most impressive, notably in the area of top-quality local news, critically acclaimed community service and solid growth in ratings, revenue and profitability."

Before Louisville, Carter was vice president of sales at WTAE, Hearst-Argyle's station in Pittsburgh.

Hearst-Argyle noted that with Carter at the helm, WLKY had been No. 1 in late new for 21 of the last 22 ratings periods. WLKY is a CBS affiliate, and the station obviously received a boost from that network's lineup.

Carter will face challenges at WESH. The station has lost ratings support from a weakened NBC. Many viewers have turned away from the station, citing the loss of veteran anchors and reporters, and decrying a more superficial approach to news.

But under Carter's leadership, WLKY made strides, said Rick Redding, owner of thevillevoice.com, an independent Web news operation.

"They have improved their news product," Redding said. "They do get a lot of awards. They have solid reporting, and they do a number of original pieces during sweeps. They word hard at coming up with unique angles."

I saw that and took a brief look while waiting in line. Supposedly someone saw her car parked where she dumped Caylee's body in the woods. It said Casey planned to kill Caylee in the family's pool but chickened out. It showed the Gatorade bottle ... Bad summary I know. But I didn't want to pay $3.69 for it.
