Hi sweet monkeys!! I noticed at the store this morning an Enquirer magazine with front cover pic's about Caylee.A picture of a pool saying there was a witness to the murder and a weapon found.Anyone heard anything about this?I know it's a rag but just wondering..

I saw that and took a brief look while waiting in line. Supposedly someone saw her car parked where she dumped Caylee's body in the woods. It said Casey planned to kill Caylee in the family's pool but chickened out. It showed the Gatorade bottle ... Bad summary I know. But I didn't want to pay $3.69 for it.

Good Morning.  If anyone can explain to me... How can Bozo file a motion dated Thurs, regarding Kronk's untruthfulness, yet Kronk was not deposed until Friday.  Is that in-itself reason for JStrickland to deny the motion?

I do not know the answer to your question .  Perhaps they will be turning in their tarrot cards, crystal ball, ouija board and magic 8 ball as evidence that they had the answers to how Kronk would reply the day prior to actually questioning him. 

I had thought Kronk was deposed on Thursday which gave team Bobo Friday to hit all the morning shows, court TV and JVM. 

Regardless, it is proof they had the smear campaign and reasonable doubt broadcastes fully planned and scheduled especially with Ms Lyon's calendar being oh so busy that she has to compare it to the judge's calendar for court appearances.

It was, however, filed on Thursday, November 19, right after the deposition was finished for the day, which would have made it very late, and just under the wire.

Friday, Nov 20, was National Media day for the defense team.

So how could page 31, which discusses the depo of Nov.19th be in there on the 18th? This is a false legal paper, IMO. This was preplanned obviously and rather than redo the paperwork they just added that page and filed it on Nov. 19th, right after the hearing.

I know,I know,life has been such a struggle lately that I've been neglectful.I'm sorry about that.If I wasn't having to stand at the door to smack the wolf in the head all the time,I'd have more time.I hope things are well for you Sunny.I was thinking about you and our pantry squatters(dogs) the other day and it brought a smile to my face.Funny how folks really never really go away eh?Big Hugs to you!!

I am so sorry to read your life is not going perfectly for you...it should!!  I sincerely hope it get better quickly. SM is like an old friend who you haven't seen in a long time...when we meet again it's as though we have never been apart. BIG HUGS to you as well.  I am healthy and happy. Right now my pantry squatters are laying in front of the stove..I am cooking corn bread!  LOL
