ORLANDO, Fla. -- Investigators want to know more about a woman who claims to be a witness in the case against Casey Anthony.

Joy Wray is a volunteer with Texas Equusearch, the group who helped search for Caylee Anthony, and said she has video that will be crucial to the case.

Wray said she has video from November that proves Caylee's body was not in the woods at that point. She said it backs up the defense teams claims that someone other than Casey dumped the body in the woods.

I will bet, alot joy has to say will lead right back to cindy.  Phone records, texts and now her computer will prove it.  I think it is good they are just now getting her computer, cuz now they have over a year of her communications, maybe to include what the anthony's offered her to in$ert her$self into this me$$, think mole requarding TES.

I really, really, want someone to explain to me how these "high profile" attorneys, going on the national news, is in ANY WAY of benefit to their client?  (Apart from the obvious tainting of any jury pool in the continental US).  How can they possibly think that any of us buy their bull snit?  It is so completely self-promoting, and self-serving, that if they had a modicum of professionalism or integrity, they would be overcome by shame.    I just can't believe that they honestly think that we are ALL that stupid.  Of course, I guess it only takes one to hang a jury...

I don't want to give bozo any ideas, but the fact that joy is a FLAKE & was a team leader for TES (she says so, I don't know) could discredit anything that Tim has to offer this case.  Could be the very reason why A's keep her around.

The only person that talked about this daisy chain was Leonard, he is the only one I heard say that Kronk's girlfriend worked at the jail. Nobody that I am aware of has said that except Leonard, and he seemed pretty confident when he mentioned it.

I don't recall anyone else ever talking about it either..other than us and other message boards. 

Us, other message boards and Leonard, must have missed someone else talking about the daisy chain. And no verification that I'm aware of that Kronk's girlfriend works at the jail, except from Leonard. I see no reason that Leonard would lie about where Kronk's girlfriend works, but who knows?

Makes no sense to "take her in the woods and then stuff her in the trunk".
That is kinda backwards, considering Caylee was found in the woods and not the trunk.
Guess we all know better.

I don't understand why this person is waiting to come forward now OR if the prosecution has known about him since the beginning.  Maybe they are just leaking some of their information.

Casey Anthony, Caylee's mother, is in the Orange County Jail charged with murder in Caylee's disappearance. Caylee's remains were found by former meter reader Roy Kronk last December in a wooded area off Suburban Drive near the Anthony family home.

Wray will meet with a detective Monday from the Orange County Sheriff's Office.

In other news in the case, Kronk's lawyer told WESH 2 that Kronk's character has been "assassinated."

David Evans said he and Kronk are still considering options how to respond.

In new court papers filed last week, Casey Anthony's defense said that information they've uncovered indicates the man who discovered Caylee's remains should have been investigated as a "suspect" in her death.

Much of the information is based on statements from Kronk's ex-wives and estranged family members.

He strongly denies having anything to do with Caylee Anthony other than finding her body.

Evans said they may wait until after Judge Stan Strickland rules on whether any of the information presented by Anthony's defense is relevant and should be introduced in her murder trial.

There is no indication yet on when Strickland will take up the issue.

Joy better watch out in her depo today. Look what happened to Kronk! She may be the "suspect de jour" today...That old bus is out there lurking.

With all the previous Baker acts you would think there would be a tad bit of reservation using her testimony as truth on this planet.   

I am sure the LE has checked her out and dismissed her....but now that she is a STAR witness for the defense (my words) I am sure they are going to go over her life with a fine tooth comb....when they get in her computer the are going to need highly trained psychologists and linguists to sort out her ramblings.  JMO   I hope the A's are skeered....very skeered of what MAY be found on her computer!!!
