Casey Anthony's attorneys want Texas EquuSearch to turn over all of its records

Attorneys for Casey Anthony want Texas EquuSearch, a volunteer search group, to turn over all of its records regarding the search last fall for missing Caylee Anthony.

Jose Baez filed the paperwork in court this afternoon, asking the judge to order EquuSearch founder Tim Miller to turn over information – such as names and phone numbers – for the thousands who volunteered to look for the missing 2-year-old.

The non-profit, represented by Orlando attorney Mark NeJame, has given Casey Anthony's defense attorneys information about 32 people who searched in the area between Hidden Oaks Elementary School and the area near Suburban and Hopespring drives.

The child's remains were found in December, less than a mile from her home in a wooded lot near Suburban and Hopespring drives.

Casey Anthony was indicted last October on a first-degree murder charge in the death of her two-year-old. Casey Anthony waited 31 days to report her child missing to police, and claimed the girl's nanny kidnapped her. Investigators determined the nanny does not exist.

EquuSearch scoured several hundred acres throughout Orange County on two occasions to search for the girl in 2008

EquuSearch claims none of the thousands of volunteers ever searched the exact area where Caylee's remains were found, according to court documents.

The motion was filed after Casey Anthony's defense attorneys found two people, not listed in EquuSearch's documents, who stated they searched the exact area where the skeletal remains were found.

Searcher Joe Jordan claims he searched the area on Sept. 1, 2008 with five or six others, including a dog handler named Danny Ibison and another dog handler from the Panama City Sheriff's Office, court documents show.

Another woman, Laura Buchanan, of Mendham, N.J., said that on Sept. 3, 2008 she searched "near the privacy fence and worked my way towards and then beyond the spot where the body was found," according to a sworn statement.

Both Buchanan and Jordan said there was no indication a dead or decaying body was in the area when they searched.

Baez is asking anyone who searched the area where Caylee's remains were found to call his office at 407-XXX_XXXX or the DePaul Capital Litigation Clinic at 312-XXX_XXXX.

I want to aplogize for associating flakey with TES.  I would rather associate her with the ateam and every blog/message board she posted her rants  on. I am glad her computer files are with OC now and hope among other things dcfs gets involved.

The Anthonys should change the mission statement for the Caylee Foundation to:
The Caylee Foundation is dedicated to using fear and harassment to falsely accuse those who search for missing children. We use our substantial resources to "dig up dirt" on searchers and help murderers be set free by accusing the innocent.
Cindy Anthony has years of experience of hatred and bitterness and she excels at tampering with evidence and lying.
If you kill someone, especially a baby, we will help you create reasonable doubt so that you can be free to kill again.
Our #1 goal is to stop all future searches for missing children and to discredit law enforcement. One day we hope to stop all murder trials from occurring so that families of murderers can be happy at society's expense.
GOD BLESS!

yep...here it is!!!

Thousands of untrained people galloped through the woods trampling on evidence that was denied to the defense... led by a media crazed man who could not find an African-American in Parramore - but would certainly find a liquor store in Mecca.

How many opportunities were there for someone other than Casey (who was locked up without jurisprudence) to plant or tamper with evidence? How did the evidence miraculously appear in an area that had been thoroughly searched? How many times did your hero Roy call the Police about this evidence that he "just happened to stumble upon?" What happened up until December 11th? God knows.

Let's be fair. The pieces simply don't fit. There is certainly enough reasonable doubt for an acquittal.

I had no idea about ANJ's daisy chain project, would be interested in reading that.

From back in April, on Scared Monkeys:
http://scaredmonkeys.net/index.php?topic=4798.msg754458

This is when ANJ was putting together items contributed by Monkeys to create a "Daisy Chain" theory document.  ANJ posted this document at docstoc.com, and posted the link here in the Caylee thread for all to see.

The document is still there, searchable with the tag "daisy chain."  I just looked a moment ago and found it there myself.  I thought it was interesting.  I believe it is being brought up again now because of the Kronk brouhaha.

Warm regards and a Happy Thanksgiving to my dear Monkey friends and wonderful new Monkeys!  I miss posting with you, but it is best for me to read and remain silent for now.  I do read every single post made in the Caylee thread and will be here with you all as we keep the faith and stay on track for justice for our sweet girl.

Danny Ibison 's name came up as a dog handler from Panama city sherrif's dept looking for Tracy Ocasio. I will assume he is legit.  What I will not assume is that TES neccisarily has to  make out of town LE fill out the same "paperwork" the average citizen does to become a searcher.  If bozo knows about this , I am confident SA knows.  Bozo is spinning the truth as usual.
