Thanks for all the links and articles guys. Have not had much computer time this past week but have been reading when I get a chance.

Boy does Judge Strickland need to do a smack down on Bozo and Co. That i would pay to see. I would also like to know who died and made  Andrea Lyons God. Wow she does have an ego bigger than she is and that is huge.

Good Morning Darla!!  I think her big ego and her big mouth will be detremental to the defense   People  do not like to be talked down to...especially jurors and judges!!

Yep that is true....don't think the beast is endearing herself to the courts. lol They all need to just STHU for God's sake and ours.

Interesting listening to Lyon on that tape.  Yep her ego is huge.  But what is most interesting is she is laying out how to defend a DP case in the penalty phase.  Listening to that we know exactly how they are proceeding.  The possible doubt (Kronk, and every other person thrown under the bus), the evidence, then going into the penalty phase how to mitigate that so your client gets LWOP vs the DP.  Interesting because it is very clear this is a formula she uses in every case..just fill in different names, facts and evidence..but in the end it all boils down to trying to get her guilty clients LWOP.

I think we just heard all we need to know about how she will proceed.  The theatrics, the use of names and words she shouldn't use..knowing once heard it is hard for jurors to get that out of their minds.  Despicable..but interesting none the less.
