I am wondering what MS LYON was like while she was in college. I'll bet there are some tales to tell on that one.

     I doubt I'd want to know;    She seems to be a very unhappy woman.   I'm thinking Mr. Sheaffer might be correct:  Florida just might be her legal Waterloo.

Besides being arrogant, she is a very confident woman, probably has been this way since she was a teen.

Didn't Joe Jordan post here? Wasn't he conducting his own investigations? And wasn't he banned?  Or am I thinking about someone completely different?  I hate that my notebook is missing.....

I can't remember if he posted here or not but I did have a phone conversation with him in 2008, in August IIRC. I wanted him(Joe) to give Rick Plesea(Cindy's brother) Greta Van Susteren's direct phone # for Rick to call her. She wanted to interview Rick.

Didn't Joe Jordan post here? Wasn't he conducting his own investigations? And wasn't he banned?  Or am I thinking about someone completely different?  I hate that my notebook is missing.....

I can't remember if he posted here or not but I did have a phone conversation with him in 2008, in August IIRC. I wanted him(Joe) to give Rick Plesea(Cindy's brother) Greta Van Susteren's direct phone # for Rick to call her. She wanted to interview Rick.

He did post here and on WS, and on another forum. He seemed to have a contact of some sort at Fox, or at least it seemed that way. He spent a lot of time searching, and handing out flyers, and put a lot of himself into finding Caylee. I believe he also was behind changing the name of the street where Caylee was found.

The civil attorneys for the woman suing Casey Anthony for defamation is asking a judge to set a trial date soon, according to notice filed today in court.

Zenaida Gonzalez, a Kissimmee mother of six, accuses Anthony, 23, of damaging her reputation. Anthony told investigators that she left her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, in mid-June 2008 with a nanny named Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez. When she returned later that day, the two had vanished.

Detectives tried to find the nanny and questioned and cleared Gonzalez – the one suing Anthony. Investigators eventually determined the babysitter did not exist.

Gonzalez is suing Anthony for more than $15,000 in damages.

Five months after Caylee was reported missing by her family, an Orange County meter reader stumbled across her remains scattered in woods less than a mile from her family's home.

Anthony is charged with first-degree murder. If convicted, prosecutors will seek the death penalty.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Lawyers for a woman suing Casey Anthony for defamation have filed a motion with the court asking that a trial date be set.

Anthony has pleaded not guilty on charges that she killed her daughter, 2-year-old Caylee Marie, claiming a babysitter named Zenaida Gonzalez kidnapped her toddler. Caylee was last seen in June of 2008, but she was not reported missing until a month later. Her remains were found in woods near the family's home in December.
Investigators believe Anthony made up the story about the nanny. A woman named Zenaida Gonzalez claims in a defamation lawsuit that her reputation was damaged as a result of Anthony's story about the nanny.
In the motion Zenaida Gonzalez’s attorneys are asking the clerk of the court for the next available trial jury and state they expect the trial to last for five days.
