Happy Thanksgiving Monkeys!  Thanks for all of your posts and keeping me up to date.  I was very, very brave and listened to two of the A. Lyon's You Tubes.  It dawned on me that she reminds me of a female Howard Stern. Female shock jock of the legal profession. She must sit back and dream up ways to be incredably offensive. Also, I have to add that she's about as attractive as Howard.

According to Hornsby, Bozo met Lyons at the conference where she gave the appalling lecture. He says Bozo had stated way back when Lyons came onto the scheme-team that is how/where he met her......why am I not surprised he must have enjoyed her derogatory statements, bashing female prosecutors, etc. etc.

Remember what Mr. Shaeffer said was an old Defense adage:

"When you don't have the law on your side, argue the facts;  When you don't have the facts on your side, argue the law;  Whenyou have neither, attack the prosecutor; Failing that - pray for a miracle!"

I think the Defense is in the 'pray for a miracle' category, ... they're fighting a losing battle and they know it.

If BOZO was worried about leaks tainting the jury pool........he is sure right on this LEAK!! We need to make sure everyone possible knows about Lyons take on judges, juries and female prosecutors...post it on every message board, post in on Facebook accounts and MySpace and anyplace else where a lot of people will see it.

BTW...seeme...the link you posted to get to hornsby's posts at IS doesn't work anymore....I hope someone alerted Mr. Shaeffer to the posts on both Is and WS....

Supposedly there is a video of Joy and her kids having cupcakes and singing happy birthday to Caylee, which would have been Caylee's fourth birthday. Has anyone seen this video? I guess this strange event happened at B Park.

     I got it to work, now that was strange. Joy's little girl in the pink sitting next to the pack of Marboro Menthol Cigarettes, looked scared to death, until she got the cupcake 

She didn't look to me like she wanted to to participate in any of it. Shame what she's being exposed to. The video of Joy dancing in her living room I thought was probably just done in fun, and it got caught on tape. But this, this is kinda wrong. She's too young to understand what her mother is doing I think.

WELL my fingers couldn't stop because I am so sic of Hornsby going on and on about BS. He's been all over the web> He is rude and crude.  He is now telling on WS how judge Karen Mills doesn't know the laws either. He is making a fool of himself........sorry for the rant . I also agree with all of you about cryin Lyin, Can't stand to look at her. I am so happy she's been  EXPOSED....

Well I guess that means he has nothing better to do than to be an internet hound himself huh?  Didn't he reference something like that about Mr Sheaffer?  Glass house meet the stone.  Hornsby is low class and tacky obviously  there is nothing productive happening in his legal career aside of the Casey Anthony debacle and when it is all over no one will even remember his name.

I read a comment I think on his blog about someone questioning how the heck lil ole KC can bring about all this attention, from every walks off life just about! It has truly brought out the worst! From being a nobody to being top headlines in the news for a year and a half now, and still going strong.
