Today is June 1, and today the California court apparently threw out the Holloway Twitty suit against the Kalpoes.  It seems that the issue was jurisdictional, just as it was in the New York case.

Once again, a roadblock has stopped things in their tracks.  This is especially discouraging because it offsets some of the "lift" that we got when the Dutch arrived in Aruba and at least seemed to be doing something.

Whether they are or not, I can't say.  But does today's action mean that the Kalpoes can whisk into the U.S. in search of the money pot?
