I missed the show, but if the above captured the "new" message Aruba is sending - blame the parents, blame the media....................well, my vote is we begin a letter writing campaign.

To Diaro, calling out all Aruban citizens.  Call on them to DEMAND justice, and the return of Natalee to her family.

To the new PM and the new Justice Minister - DEMANDING Justice and the return of Natalee.  We KNOW it's within their power to do both.  We KNOW it's within their knowledge to punish the Powers That Be who covered this up for the original Criminals.  We KNOW they want their island to recover, and not plummet further into an economic crisis............

If the mentality in the government and judiciary has not changed - I think it's high time the American Public makes its message heard to Aruba.

I'm working on it!  I was having a hard time summarizing so I'm working on a transcript (and babysitting the JR's! uggghhh  I've already rescued some of the boys underwear, earplugs, etc.  where are they finding this stuff!)
