What fried me was Val laughing after the officer gave them the What For about doing something so completely thoughtless as this.

I'm thinking the Boston police responding as they did was something new to Val - and probably shocked him.

I also noticed he made mention of legal vs illegal in what they were doing.

I'm more convinced than ever that Papa Sloot has taught his boys about the law - and how to evade it.
