If I understand correctly, there were two accidents.  The first one happened, and although there were injuries...they were not fatal.  From what I understand Dicky Arendsz and Danielle Ras had stopped because of the first accident (possibly to render aid) and they were struck by the motorcycle driven at a high rate of speed by Darryl Wever...all three died.  Danielle Ras was the daughter of a Police officer Eric Ras.
