Good Morning...!

This makes me think about my cairn terrier (who died last year).  He would sniff presents and put a paw on anything that contained food.  Good dog...!

It has taken me two days to say I was disappointed in the PdeV show...I think because my expectations were too high.  That snotty, arrogant kid was seen for what he is....and how Beth described him that first night....so I guess that was
a good thing.

It is time for Aruba to stop all of this and send Natalee home.  Can they begin to see how much time, money and energy has been spent to continue this week after week, month after month.....and it is not working for them.  Give it up...!

I don't post a lot but do want you to know that you are not posting news to yourself and I look over each and every article.  Some I don't even try to translate, just read what you highlight and the headlines.

And I am afraid their big corruption investigation is not at all what we would like it to be but more geared toward tracking down missing and unaccounted funding.  They are far more worried about their money than Natalee and so keep digging that hole they have made for themselves.

JMO and I sure hope I am wrong.

I, too, thought poison a very poor choice for suicide.  Maybe the victim didn't know how painful it would be.

But you may recall the first year Natalee was missing there was an account of someone committing suicide by poison on the beach of all places.  Found that even stranger for some reason because who would think they were going to go down to the beach and drink poison?  Just seemed wrong at the time but that's what was ruled happened.

Wouldn't a drug overdose be so much easier?  Not like they have a shortage of drugs or anything.  Just OD on some that are rampant and even free in their many choller houses.

ORANJESTAD — Nearly one million people had watched a new broadcast from reporter Peter R. de Vries yesterday on Joran van der Sloot, suspect in the missing person case of Natalee Holloway. The broadcast showed leaked out police video images from the interrogation on February 8th, 2008 which had been held at the police station Rotterdam-Rijnmond by, amongst others, commissioner and investigation leader Dolfi Richardson.

De Vries is not announcing how he had acquired the images. In the broadcast, the reporter states that the images had come into his possession and gives a ‘revealing glimpse’ of the behavior of Van der Sloot. The Aruban Prosecution Council (OM) could not say to what extent the broadcast could influence the still running investigation on the missing Holloway. According to the spokesperson, yesterday’s broadcast will be examined first. “There had been another meeting this morning”, says Ann Angela, who states that she cannot elaborate on this.
The police station Rotterdam-Rijnmond, where the interrogation had been held, refers to the Corps National Police Services (KLPD) and the Aruban OM for comment. “It is not our investigation, so we cannot say anything about this either, nor how the images had leaked out” according to spokesperson Huub Veeneman. He does not know whether the images had been in the possession of the police station Rotterdam-Rijnmond. “However, we should find out what had happened. That investigation naturally should not be held by us.” KLPD-spokeswoman Marjolein Ruitenbeek also refers to the Aruban OM. “I cannot comment on the case”. According to her, the images had not shown a KLPD-detective, though Peter R. de Vries announced such in the broadcast.

The broadcast shows how Van der Sloot had been interrogated for one and a half hour. He had voluntarily reported himself for interrogation after the controversial concealed camera interview with him had been broadcasted on February 3rd, 2008. During this interview, he had admitted to Patrick van der Eem to having dumped Holloway’s body. Later on, he had claimed that he had lied about this. Yesterday’s broadcasted interrogation shows that the police did not learn much more, as Van der Sloot refused to make a new statement. This led to frustration with the investigation leader Richardson. “I’m fed up with this. We shall start again; tell the truth. I did not come here to listen to this crap, sorry” says the Aruban commissioner when Van der Sloot continues to refer to previous made statements.
