The surveillance tapes show the two entering the hotal at 6:11 am, and leaving around 7:30.  It is not known whether or not Shaniya was alive when they left the hotel.

Klass .. All I can say is when the middle picture comes on you will see theses are slip ons.. I notice this earlier on HLN when they posted the pics but it went so fast I only got a glimps of the shoes... I check the middle pic and she does have shoes on.. slip on... That all I can say...

Ok - I looked again - my son with me - and we do thing she has little slip on shoes - he does a fair amount of photography and video and is pretty sure it is shoes.

The thing in her arms is definitely a stuffed animal - likely a dalmatian like 101 dalmatians type.

I am just tied in a knot over this.

Just how many more little innocent ones will be violated, hurt, killed?

How many before enough is enough.

I think the pics may have been blurred on purpose.  But left enough to identify Mario with Shaniya last seen to anyone and that is all we needed to see at the time.

A statement from Fayetteville Police Chief Tom Bergamine said positive identification was
 being sought for the recovered body. In a separate e-mail to CNN, Fayetteville police said
the body found was that of the missing girl, Shaniya Davis.
