This is so horrible. I just got in and checked the news and read this sad news. I was praying that she would be found safe. I hope the mother and the guy go to the 7th level of hell, deeper if possible!! They make me sick! What is wrong with this world???

They should have a different death penalty for child abusers/murderers. Absolutely no mercy. And extremely painful so they beg for death.

i knew about shaniya's dead in my lunch time and I couldn't stop crying.......I think that he raped her before killed her in the car.
If Shaniya was not crying when she was leaving was because maybe he told him that he will do it again if she cry.....The father made a big mistake leaving his baby with a sick person like the mother......
I believe that the mother sold her no once maybe more than once..... if she reported her missing was because maybe she was mad that the montser took Shaniya and did not leave money or drugs

When I made this picture, I didn't know if Shaniya had crossed over from this life or not so I gave her a bridge over water. I believe God's promise that little ones have their angel, so I put hers between heaven and earth as she watched over Shaniya. I prayed for her to survive but so wanted her to be in a good place so I gave her flowers. God's promise is that He has prepared a home for her with Him so I gave her a castle. I know that the life given Shaniya cannot be destroyed by these horrific events, but will never end, so I gave her trees of life on both sides of the bridge.

Father, I know she is in Your arms and that all the pain is washed away. Give her the wonderment and joy that Your love has created and only children can fully embrace. Hug her a second longer for us, Father, and help us be comforted by the joy Your smiling eyes witness as Shaniya plays freely with heaven's children on rainbows. We let go of her hand knowing You are holding it and will never let go.

I can honestly say to you CBB, that was the most beautiful and thoughtful gesture I have ever had the pleasure of reading. Thank you for showing me, although there is terrible evil in this world there are also good, kind, wonderful people such as yourself. I love this pic you made, such a beautiful tribute for a beautiful child.

The pics don't match up. I think the one that shows them not facing the elevator is at a different time. Where is the stuffed animal and then the white cloth/diaper in one pic is by her arm then the other 2 is by her legs. His hair looks different to me as well. I think the one without the animal she has a very scared look on her face, the other ones she looks drugged and bruised.

I am wondering if it was the same day these are taken. I am behind about 5+ pages so if this is way off please excuse me.

Hello Monkeys, I have been at work all day and just now got caught up reading, poor poor baby Shaniya, there are no words to describe how awful this is...
 
 The father has to be blaming himself as well he should, how the hell did he leave this child with this woman, I dont give a damn what she told him, her pimp could pay someone to say she had  been employed for over 6 months, and he could also provided a apartment or some other place for her to be and say that it was her place and thats why the father left this baby with her, he was probably tricked really good, either way, he should have never let her have this baby!!!!!

 I see no shoes on this childs feet either, I think the pictures are all of them going into the Hotel, just they were moving around, but they were Shaniya's last pictures ever taken on thins earth.....how sad..

  I hope they both get beat daily in prison, sick sick sick people and I couldnt care less what the hell happens to them.....where is the GrandMother now.....I want to hear her say what a good parent her daughter is now......they are all sick!!!

Good point.  Perhaps the hotel worker was familiar seeing him with prostitutes and thats what alerted them.

I believe that the pictures were all during the same time.  When the perp was walking up to the elevator (facing away from the elevator) and then other pic is when he is standing there waiting for the elevator doors to open (facing the elevator) and then there are others, after the elvevator doors opened.

According to HLN pics of when he left with or without Shaniya have not been released.
