thank god she is alive. i am praying the find her and bring her home safely tonight. i bet this man that has her is friends w/the boyfriend and this is some sort of payback against the mother.

Sanford N.C. is 34.1 miles from Fayetteville, so she was gone from the resident before 5:30

Authorities are searching a second suspect in the disappearance of a 5-year-old Fayetteville girl, police said Thursday.

Police said Shaniya Nicole Davis was seen at a Sanford hotel on Tuesday morning with 29-year-old Mario Andrette McNeill.

anyone who knows where this man and shaniya are and do not come forward and assist LE in his apprehension need to be charged as accessories to kidnapping

Thank God she is alive ! Since they found her clothes I wonder what she is wearing? Bless her heart I hope she is found and brought home soon!

I am thinking the same thing. She was alive on Tuesday morning, we knew that was probable. What is making the LE think she is still alive?

Klaas anything is possible this day and time, or maybe she owed money for drugs or something. I think Dad needs to step up and get custody of his children if they both belong to him.

She may have to help get the bf treatment...she must be in on it somehow since her story is conflicting...covering for something/someone in my opinion.

I think it is a custody issue. She probably has had the girl hidden so dad can't see her. We haven't seen hide nor hair of the mother on t.v. begging for the return of her daughter but we have seen the father and clearly he is distraught.

Cookie she was alive at 6:11 Tuesday morning at the motel. Parents identified her from the film from the motel. The police say they have no reason to believe he would harm her. He has a record but not involving children. But it has been 2 days since then. He could be anywhere by now. Just pray he doesn't harm her.

Several counts of inflicting serious bodily injury, a handful of drug charges, fleeing the police, threats against the government...  And LE don't feel he will harm her

i think it has something to do with drugs... either she sold her for drugs, or she was taken from her because she owed money for drugs or something like that..and the mother didnt want the cops to know it had to do with drugs because she was too worried about saving her own butt than saving her daughter, which could account for her varying stories...
