I'm thinking he is going to plead NOT GUILTY coz THE MOTHER KNEW HE LEFT WITH SHANIYA OR AND  GAVE HIM PERMISSION TO DO SO. That makes sence as to the NOT GUILTY.

Maybe the mom has seen how much kidnapped kids get and thought up the plan? Not guilty? He was holding her...Klass you are probably right, he will say she was given to him...But what did he do with her!

An article said he was at the Cumberland County Detention center, so I looked it up and it had a link for active inmates.

After listening to Prime News, the Mom is still being question exstensively....Her time of 5:30 does not add up to when he showed up at hotel.  They said it takes 46 mins to get there from Mom's location.  Also If I heard right, they say he was only there about an hour. They were looking for camera's outside and veiwing what might be caught on there.

Maybe they saw his car and that is why he had the tint charge, because he was pulled over for that?

Sounds like it was tinted windows, with the speeding (one of the monkeys mentioned), these cops are clever.

Could the mother have been at the Hotel too?  The video did not show the mother, but that doesn't mean she wasn't there at the hotel. McNeill left the Hotel after an hour, so did he drop off the Mum off and then she called the Kidnapping in?

I suppose a person can sneak into a home without being heard or seen, it happens, granted the homes are bigger, I am not sure.

I'm pulling my hair out over this!  They have the guy in custody that admitted to kidnapping Shaniya and was seen on video with her but NO SHANIYA?  What did he do with her?  What aren't they telling us?
