Thanks for posting the video. Can I ask what people thought of his demeanor?

To me it was different from what we normally see, there was not that above the law look or cockiness or maybe anger or even fear.. he looked regretful.. Maybe a bit sad? He was somber to me. Did anyone else see that? Iwould be interested in knowing what you all felt from him.
 
What is going on with this case? The mom could have been off the time 5 or so minutes. Most people will round up or down to the quarter hour. We are missing such huge pieces to all of this.

Sometimes it is maddening. Somehow the powers that be have it all wrong and victim rights and the rights of normal everyday, law obiding individuals are set a side. Damn it we all have the right to be safe and so do our children. The founding fathers surly couldn't have meant for this to happen.

The right to be silent to hell, Shaniya has a right to make it to her 6th birthday!

I thought I saw "Scared Sh!tless"  maybe trying to stop tears as well. But his arrest pic was cocky or he was seriously high. jmo

I couldn't agree more. IMO - arrested/charged persons should be considered Guilty until they can prove themselves innocent. The system is assbackwards. I know I'll take crap for that one, but I don't care. Anywho....that is a whole other discussion, not for here.

Did Mario check into the Motel with Shaniya or did he go to someone else's room?  Since he only stayed an hour,
I am thinking someone else's.  Do we know?

True.  The blanket bothers me but if she was sick and that is why the mother moved her to the couch in the first place it could make sense.  So than what a little game of hide the baby from daddy?  I ask because he (her father) sure hopped on a plane and got there fast.  That's all I hope this is.

Surveillance footage showed McNeill carrying Shaniya into a hotel room on Tuesday morning, when she was reported missing from a mobile home park. A hotel worker called police to report seeing a child matching Shaniya's description, but by the time police got there, McNeill had left
