Hello Monkeys, been remodleing today and just checked here to see whats up with Shaniya,  I see she hasnt been found yet...
Whatched the video of Coe talking, wondering what he meant by saying he never saw Shaniya in the home, and then he said ...smart people figure it out.......hmm.....Im not dumb, but I must not be smart either because I still dont understand what that means, does it mean that Shaniya was never allowed to walk around the home and was kept hidden somewhere....does it mean that the Mom had given Shaniya to someone way earlier before she was actually reported missing, and then only reported her that morning because she knew the father was due back and would want to see her? I bet you thats the thing he is trying to get across, how do we know Shaniya was even in the home that morning at all???   No one but the Mom says so at this point, maybe that why this Mcneil has plead Not-guilty...is because the Mom had given the girl to him  or someone in his family weeks ago, and then just that morning he found out she reported her missing, it was probably the Mother that threw the blanket in the garbage and spread the feces around trying to stage something for the cops,...that just might be whats coming down.......will wait and see...

Fayetteville police to charge mother in girl's disappearance
Shaniya Nicole Davis

Updated: 8 minutes ago

Fayetteville, N.C. — Fayetteville police said late Saturday that the mother of a 5-year-old girl, who has been missing since Tuesday, is expected to be charged in connection with her disappearance.

Antoinette Nicole Davis was being processed Saturday evening at the Cumberland County Detention Center. She is facing charges of human trafficking, felony child abuse – prostitution, filing a false police report and resist, delay, or obstruct, police said.

Shaniya Nicole Davis was reported missing from her home, at 1116-A Sleepy Hollow Drive in Fayetteville, on Tuesday morning. Her mother told police she put the girl on a couch at 5:30 a.m., but she was gone when her mother went to check on her about an hour later.

The girl is still missing, and police provided no information Saturday on her possible whereabouts.

Mario Andrette McNeill, 29, was arrested Friday and charged with first-degree kidnapping.

His arrest came after a worker at a Comfort Suites hotel in Sanford called police Tuesday to report seeing a child matching Shaniya's description with a man at the hotel. A security video showed the girl with a man believed to be McNeill at the hotel at 6:11 a.m. Tuesday.

By the time Fayetteville investigators reached the hotel, however, the man and the child had checked out, police said.

McNeill was being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $100,000 bond. He has a criminal history, including arrests for fleeing to elude arrest, assault on a female and drug possession.

His relationship to Shaniya and her family is unknown, but Theresa Chance, spokeswoman for the Fayetteville Police Department, said that McNeill admitted to investigators that he had abducted the girl.

Shaniya is described as 3 feet tall and 40 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue T-shirt with pink underwear. She is thin and has a scar on her foot.

Anyone with information on Shaniya's whereabouts is asked to call the Fayetteville Police Department at 910-433-1856 or Crime Stoppers at 910-483-8477.
