Police say McNeill and Shaniya were only at the hotel for one hour before leaving the location. Earlier today, November 13, 2009, at an undiscolsed location, police were able to track down McNeill. He was arrested and charged with First-Degree Kidnapping.  From HLN

I seen where the SD father has an address in Fayetteville? It looks like from places he has lived he is in the military..............

he seems like a real decent man..wonder how he hooked up with this bio mom? She can't be too much if she would allow her child to live in the conditions that have been reported jmo..

The look on his face and in his eyes tells a story doesn't it? He had that same look as Somers mom did, that look of complete panic, worry and complete fear.

I just can't figure out what is going on with this one. I know it seems far fetched at this point, but could she have been taken from the couch? With the cloths line outside, that is a tell, tell sign a child lives there. Could this person have been hanging around, looking in windows, waiting for a perfect moment to kidnapp a child?

I have a question, if the mom set this up and arranged for him to take her, would that still be kidnapping? I am thinking not. Either the mom is very good at not talking during questioning or she does not know what happened. Am I missing something?

The Creep was perhaps a guest of the mothers. The trailer is 12 feet by 45 feet?  Six people lived in that Trailer, including
the Kids, is what I understand from NG. This Trailer was like a Cracker Jack box compared to Ronald Cummings trailer.
I don't mean to be judgemental but Holy Moly wouldn't anyone hear a Stranger entering or leaving in that little tiny trailer?

wow, i honestly believed i would come home from work today and find that this precious baby had been found safe.  so they released coe and now have mcneil arrested?  i wanna know why mom hasn't been arrested yet. i just cant see her not being involved in this somehow

I'm thinking he is going to plead NOT GUILTY coz THE MOTHER KNEW HE LEFT WITH SHANIYA OR AND  GAVE HIM PERMISSION TO DO SO. That makes sence as to the NOT GUILTY.
