Tommy Croslin in my (Heart) words: I ain't going to prison. I ain't got no felony record.  They have no proof about those burglaries. They may have found the chit at the house, but like the lawyer said I am not the only one living in the house. Thats my story and I'm sticking to it.

Tom as Lindsey calls him tells her go buy yourself a  new ring...guess Tom pawned hers
she said they are broke...Lindsey needs to take her kids and leave as fast as she can and as far away.

Haleigh Update: Father and Ex-Step Mom Face More Charges

Additional charges and raised bail amounts to two of the 5 arrested in Putnam County in January in a drug trafficking sting.

On February 3, 2010, arrest warrants were issued for the arrest of Ronald Lemyles Cummings and Misty Janette Croslin, according to the Putnam County Sheriff's office.  These warrants were issued because of drug charges stemming from the purchase of prescription medication from undercover investigators at the time of their arrest on January 20, 2010.

Officials with the Putnam County Sheriff's office state these charges were not previously filed as the arrests on that date were made on warrants that were based upon prior undercover purchases. They added that the issuance of the warrants today and the filing of the additional charges are a follow-up to the operation which led to the original arrests.
 
Cummings was served this afternoon (2-3-2010) at the Putnam County Jail. Croslin is currently being housed at the St Johns County Jail, her warrant will be held until such time as she is next returned to Putnam County.
 
The following list details the additional charges and bonds for the subjects involved in this case:
 
Misty Janette Croslin, DOB: 12/09/1991 –
Two (2) Counts of trafficking in Prescription Medications (Additional Bond – $400,000.00) (Total Bond - $1,350,000)
                                     
 Ronald Lemyles Cummings, DOB: 10/29/1983 –
Two (2) Counts of Trafficking in Prescription Medications (Additional Bond – $400,000.00) (Total Bond - $900,000)
 
News Talk 97.3 The SKY has been told that investigators assigned to the Haleigh Cummings investigation will take every available opportunity to speak with any individual believed to have knowledge about Haleigh Cummings’ disappearance.

I agree - the language is terrible.   
I think he wants her to buy a ring so that everyone will know she is taken - just a way for him to "mark" his territory while his sorry ass is in prison.   I'm with you - she needs to wake up and get the heck away from all of them.   

Thanks for all the updates.   Hi everyone.   Can't wait to see the other video.     Got a feeling we will find out what happened to Haleigh pretty soon....

I have heard both RC and TC Jr state that MC's bond had been lowered.  I wonder if LE is telling them that, trying to sweat them.

  Misty is under the impression that AH and Cobra can bond her out. Hank mentioning the people in Nevada bonding her out, but states that he don't know.

Hank Sr:  Lindsy moving and he and Lisa don't know what they are going to do. No transportation, no job.

Hank Sr. going to court on Feb. 18th.  Hank Sr. needs to get wheels so he can get a job.  Hank Sr. states that Lindsy is moving to Palm Coast this weekend.

I mean, what can you expect? An uneducated young mother, no money, no education, probably has limited job skills, father of the children is in prison and the whole family is a bunch of drug addicts.  It makes me sick that these people live off of hardworking citizens' tax dollars...but then those innocent babies born into that life...makes me think we should have mandatory birth control for those taking welfare benefits...just so more of these little children are not born into this life...just so more of those little children don't mysteriously disappear.
