If she gets bailed out, where in the world would she go? No place to live, and who is going to watch over her for safety reasons. And does anybody really believe she isn't going to find a way to get a fix?

Listening to NG ... one of her guests spoke about withdrawls etc...and the drug they supposedly take ...  said that it would leave their system and withdrawls would not be so severe as say an alcoholic. Something I was not pleased to hear.  I wanted them to really suffer withdrawls.

Warrants issued for Croslin, Cummings

Additional arrest warrants were issued Wednesday for Ronald Cummings and his ex-wife, Misty Croslin, who was babysitting Cummings' daughter, HaLeigh, when she disappeared almost a year ago.

The warrants stem from drug transactions that allegedly occurred on Jan. 20, when the two were charged with other drug trafficking offenses.

Cummings and Croslin were each charged with two additional counts of trafficking in prescription medications.

They allegedly bought the drugs from undercover investigators when they were being arrested for earlier transactions.

He was served his warrant Wednesday at the Putnam County jail.

Croslin is being held in the St. Johns County jail. Her warrant will be held until she is brought back to Putnam.

The bond for each was increased by $400,000.

That brings Cummings' total bond to $900,000. Croslin's total bond is $1.35 million.

When they were arrested Jan. 20, Cummings was charged with three counts of trafficking in prescription medications. Croslin was charged with six counts.

The arrests were made after an undercover officer allegedly bought large amounts of oxycodone and hydrocodone seven times in Putnam and St. Johns counties, according to the Putnam County Sheriff's Office. The estimated street value of the 330 pills was put at $3,900.

In addition to Croslin and Cummings, three others were charged: Croslin's brother, Hank Thomas "Tommy" Croslin Jr., 23, of Satsuma; Cummings' cousin, Hope A. Sykes, 18, of Satsuma; and Donna Michelle Brock, 44, of Orlando.

The three were each charged with one count of trafficking prescription medication, though their bonds varied.

Hank Croslin's was set at $100,000, Sykes' at $150,000 and Brock's at $250,000.

Cummings, Croslin and Brock face minimum mandatory sentences of 25 years in state prison if convicted. The others face minimum sentences ranging from three years to 15 years in state prison.

Misty Croslin was babysitting for HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings, 5, and her brother, Ronald Cummings Jr., 3, in the Hermit's Cove area of Putnam County the night of Feb. 9, 2009.

Cummings, Croslin's boyfriend at the time, was at work in Palatka.

Croslin told investigators she put HaLeigh to bed at 8 p.m. and last saw the little girl around 10. She said that she went to bed herself between 10:30 and 11.

She said she got up shortly before 3:30 in the morning, and HaLeigh had vanished from the trailer.

Cummings and Croslin were married on March 12. They divorced in October.

Putnam authorities did not say how the drug arrests may affect the investigation into HaLeigh's disappearance, but the news release indicated those who are in custody may continue to be interviewed.

"Investigators assigned to the HaLeigh Cummings investigation will take every available opportunity to speak with any individual believed to have knowledge about HaLeigh Cummings' disappearance," according to Wednesday's release.

She and Tim are now making preparations for her much-needed treatments at one of the finest facilities in the world. Tim and Georgeann will let us all know when they decide they are ready to accept visitors or calls. Tim is devastated, and he is not really able to give his concentrated efforts to Texas EquuSearch at this time. We have counted on Tim to make many of our search decisions for years, but naturally, right now, all of his thoughts and concerns are about Georgeann. Tim will be contacting some of our various members and other TES associates from time-to-time, but he does not wish to receive any calls whatsoever at this point. He has been the Founder and Director of this organization for more than ten years … and he still rightfully remains so. He has specifically requested that no persons attempt to contact him by phone – or by any other means. Everyone will know when Tim feels he is ready to return to work. Let’s all please respect and honor his wishes, and let others know likewise. Any updates will be issued through this office. Tim has prayed for hundreds if not thousands of people during their time of need over the years. Now it’s time for all of us to pray for Tim and Georgeanne in their time of need. Hmmmm  The State of Florida or I should say (the hard working individuals that live in FL will supply the $$$$$)  will probably grant her public assistance and most likely a place to live, plus food stamps and a bit of spending funds.

Misty has never been named a suspect in the disappearance of Haleigh Cummings but police consider her a main key to cracking the case.
