If I am understanding this correctly in Florida if you are a drug user or convicted on a felony charge you are not allowed to have in possession any firearms...

I was reading on WS, when I got kicked out before, and their are people talking about entrapment by the police with these arrests. Since I have no idea about this kind of stuff, I sure hope that nothing like that happened in this situation.

I'm sure they will probably try that as a defense.  But from what I've read in the articles posted, and because they are such high profile defendants, I think (and hope) it was all done by the book.

I can understand entrapment pertaining to everyone except Misty but I hardly think Misty can claim entrapment 5 times    That said I doubt entrapment.
