Arrests warrants for Ronald Cummings and Misty Croslin signed by circuit judge only hours after civil rights complaint filed with United States Attorney General Eric Holder         

East Grand Forks, MN, January 23, 2010:  At 5:05 p.m. on Monday, January 18, 2010, a copy of a 39-page civil rights and police corruption complaint with sworn affidavit, filed with United States Attorney General Eric Holder, was e-mailed by Timothy Charles Holmseth to ranking officers in the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, Palatka, Florida. The complaint was against the PCSO and a member of the State’s Attorney’s office and accused specific people by name. Before the conclusion of business hours the very next day, arrest warrants for three of the victims and primary witnesses named in the complaint were requested by the Putnam County Sherriff’s Office – and granted.

I was reading on WS, when I got kicked out before, and their are people talking about entrapment by the police with these arrests. Since I have no idea about this kind of stuff, I sure hope that nothing like that happened in this situation.

I can understand entrapment pertaining to everyone except Misty but I hardly think Misty can claim entrapment 5 times    That said I doubt entrapment.

it can if they don't have any proof of her selling to anyone other then the undercover... it can be said tat the undercover enticed and talked her into it if they were smart they would have gotten a phone tap with the evidence of the undercover buys and pursued at least 1 other joe schmoe buyer... heart i know you will be good at this part.... do we have anyone else charged with pill posession on those dates? could be that they cut an immediate deal if they agree to testify against her but it does strike me as odd that there was no one other then the 5 arrested

Cobra has enough issues to deal with, he needs to just shut up    I'm still trying to make sense of Donna and her involvement with drugs. Did she have a drug problem before meeting Misty, or did she get involved with all this after she met her? I read somewhere she worked/or still works for a dentist, and she arranged some dental work for Misty. It just seems odd for a woman her age to get mixed up with the likes of Misty and Ron. One thing to befriend Misty to try to get info, a whole other issue her involvement with trafficking drugs with them. 

I think Misty has a cavity that no one can fill.
