I would bet my last dollar that Spindy has either gone under the knife or had botox, of course, doesn't everyone who's daughter has killed their granddaughter

She can afford those luxuries now, along with cruises. Caylee's a real money maker!   

She is wearing her hair with the bangs swept to the side now and  her hair is getting longer...maybe that is the difference in her look?

Now I have 2 reasons to NOT watch JVM tonight.  JVM and Bozo.  She's going to let him do another fluff job.  Aren't these shows tired of the defense dodging questions? 

 

I think JVM needs to go back to the bottle.  Just sayin'

Monkeys...there have been so many posts that I have read today and wish that I had the time to comment on all of them! some are  very clever/funny and some are very thought out answers and comments...just wanted to let you  know that all of you add so much to the discussion and I enjoy reading each and everyone's  posts that time allows for in one day! you all rock!

When Ashton starting talking about the duct tape, did anyone else hear "make him stop and Andrea say "I can't"?  I couldn't hear what was going on, but I just saw this on another forum, and wondered if anyone else heard this.

I heard the word stop for sure.

Kathi is a gem!!!!  When Bobo tried to stop Kathi and she replies that Lyon was really chatty that day you can tell Kathi is under all their skins.  When she is chasing down Lyon and asking her if she really thinks she is a genius, and then gets shoved by the heavy weight it shows that Kathi is not going to back down.  Kathi is correct, the linebacker shove is on camera so no deny deny deny.  Guess the genius forgot about cameras today.  OPPSIES!!!

Accused child killer Casey Anthony was back in court Friday as the judge heard several new motions in the case.

The most important was a defense motion to have the judge step in and preclude the State from seeking the death penalty.

After a lengthy argument by defense attorney Dr. Andrea Lyon, where she argued that the prosecution was seeking the death penalty in order to secure a conviction-prone jury, state attorney Jeff Ashton delivered a ten-minute response (listen) that shook the courtroom.

Ashton defended the decision to seek the death penalty for Casey Anthony.

"Caylee was almost three when she died with duct tape over her nose and her mouth," Ashton began.

From there he laid out brutality of Caylee Anthony's murder.

 When Ashton started speaking, there are shots of Casey that literally sent chills up and down me. And watch how Baez and Lyons are trying their hardest to keep her temper from heating up. It's scary and I just don't see how they will keep her from demonstrating this anger.  I don't know but just maybe when Casey started doing this in front of George and Cindy, I'm sure they backed off of her in fear. Hard to imagine that Cindy may have been afraid of Casey, but I bet she was.

Sorry for the quote boxes.  Have not been able to post often to know how to delete some.  I just had to chime in on KC appearance and Lyons change of public view on KC.  She can change thehisper looks all she wants, but you can not teach a sociopath to cry without having to whisper, "time to cry Casey".  Just wow at Bozo for the screen play" Casey, you should be in tears"  Casey then pauses 5 seconds, and starts to wipe eyes just as a 4 year old would.  Just WOW.  Call this defense whatever you like, but I would not want them representing I.
