The defense pulled out all the stops today to the point of a sobbing defendant (albeit too little too late). She should have been in tears constantly since her child disappeared. But no, she was flirty and arrogant until today. They are running scared trying to save their client’s life. And IMO they know KC is guilty and that she will be found guilty and that appears to be the reason for all the protesting against the DP. I’m betting the State has revealed the smoking gun (positively damning evidence) and they have nowhere else to go since their client will not admit her guilt.

I agree with you. Now could someone do a photo enhancement so we can see some of the moist tears rolling down her cheeks.

I tried but they get grainy fast.  Here is the best that I can do.  What I have noticed is that when I watch the video she is not changing Kleenex's and the Kleenex she is using is none worse for wear from the start of the crying on queue to the end when she looks like a pouting child.  I know that the last time I was crying at a funeral I went through more Kleenex's than I could count and they were all in tiny shreds by the end of the funeral balled up in my hand.  If in fact she was crying how can her one Kleenex be perfect?

Jose Baez Repeatedly Told To Stop Touching Casey During Jail Visits

Snipped: Eyewitness News confronted Jose Baez about the situation.
"I have no comment," he said.
Eyewitness news' legal analyst Bill Schaeffer said it's unusual that an attorney would ever touch a client.

Understandably within Jail there is No touching allowed.
Should it not be the same within Court ?
I would think yes. Why should Casey be coddled, touched or be held during a Court session.
She should have to sit there and show or not show her emotions ( all by herself) without having someone's body (Lyons) to lean into for support.

Casey, She is on trial, she is the one charged. She is not a victim. Lyon's is not her protector, her Mother nor her " There There Casey" It will be alright while court is in session.
I don't understand. Princess Rules???  Uggh.

Just watched the video of Casey " showing emotions" in court today.

When the Prosecutor is speaking and starts talking about the duct tape ..and the camera pans over to Casey.. @ :27 do you notice her expression changes ..her face matches the look/facial expression she had when she was being escorted out of her parents house. ( the last time she was arrested. Her wearing the find Caylee T-shirt.)

 @:32 When she opens her mouth and takes a breath, and  Her lips purse and her eyes get all intense. That is a look of Defiance to me. Of instant Anger on Casey's part. How dare you Mr. Prosecutor. She is Hot Pixxed.
Sad thing is I don't believe her reaction had anything to do with Caylee.  (jmo) And then when Bobo whisper's into her ear.. ( which I think he said/instructed her Start Crying, show some emotions, start working the camera) .. because it looks to me, Casey, after Bobo's words.. Her emotions switch again in seconds from instant anger to pause to tears. Whatever Bobo said I think was the only reason why she started crying. And she had the Line Backer to Bury her face in .. and offer her condolences, poor Casey, I will hold you while you cry.

 I thought by law Atty's were not allowed to touch their clients?? What if that would have been Bobo offering his hands to hold Casey and console her while the Prosecutor was speaking? I don't think it would have been allowed. But its okay for Lyons?   
What happens when the trial starts ?? When all the " Details" are told/shown in front of Casey. Are they going to have a Paramedic on hand? 
Poor lil Miss Anthony. The Truth hurts doesn't it.

Bobo did caress her arm while Lyon had the death grip on the other arm. Lyon flashed Bobo a look and he pulled back.   Lyon looked like she had a death grip on Casey's arm and I am wondering if she was digging her nails in or grasping really hard to help the crying?  Casey too me looks more angry and having a tantrum because the prosecutor will not shut up and she is not in control.  JMO.

Start at 27:40, she is wiping tears with her hand and not the kleenex, then examines her finger tips and primps her hair instead of wiping off the wet fingers
28:36 arms crossed looks defiant
28:46 whatever she is thinking about makes her face go all scrunchy
29:00 after wiping her eye yet again picks off something (a hair) from the Kleenex

How do you pick something off a wet Kleenex and still have it intact?

Its funny how she gets so intrigued with the Kleenex - I see her disassociating herself from what is going on around her. And focusing on (like you said her hair etc) and the Kleenex itself. She actually all by herself calms herself down with the Kleenex. IMO she is not even paying attention to what is being said in the court at that moment. She is more concerned about how she appears and looks, that girl has extreme issues with " her appearance" meaning she is a perfectionist.. Reminds me of Scott Peterson in a way.  As long as I appear " Pretty" people won't think I am that person who is charged with Murder 1.

 She is a Sociopath in the true definition: a person, as a psychopathic personality, whose behavior is antisocial and who lacks a sense of moral responsibility or social conscience.
It's all about Her, but it has to be Her way "I am Perfect" in her world that she lives in.
