What a drama show. They go out of their way to try and make everyone feel sorry for the poor little waif but really it just backlashes on them. Either kc is incapable of real regret and the outward emotions or bobo and lyons are deathly afraid without their courtroom behavior instructions she's going look too strong or confident or something??
Fussing over her just makes it worse. It's overkill,pardon the pun. Since when are defendants allowed to be coddled, nuzzled and hugged DURING court proceedings? I've seen hugging after a verdict but this is ridiculous. And this was just motions. Lord help us all when she is actually tried. They will have to install a revolving door for georgie.

Was not Ricardo the Musician. He had the Drums that Cindy kept talking about. That Caylee liked to play the drums at Ricardo's apt.  With the photos of Caylee and Casey surrounded by guitars ..that and it is clearly a bachelor pad there at. I see that in the photo's Casey is all dolled up with makeup etc. Caylee looks unkept with her hair not brushed, like she woke up in her clothes ( she is barefoot) and is hanging with Mom the day after a Party. (( all the plastic party beer cups on the table )) Since there is no others in the photo's. I am guessing this is the day after a Party.

Could be MizJay. If you notice BoBo he is watching through the corner of his eye " Casey's" reactions and he has a look on his face as " Oh here we go again, she is not doing what I told her to do in response" .... That he almost looks like he is disgusted for a split second and then he goes to whisper in her ear ... like get your head out of your Arse Casey this is your Moment. Start showing some tears, empathy within your emotions.

The touching should not be allowed. Period. I totally agree.

A lot of good lawyering today

Let me start this post with the very end of the hearing and a little bit beyond. As it wrapped up, Judge Strickland made note that there was a lot of good lawyering in the courtroom and that included both sides. As some of you will argue against that with regard to Andrea Lyon, don’t take it out on me. This is exactly what the judge said and so did Bill Sheaffer, as I was carrying on a conversation with him after the hearing and when Assistant State Attorney Jeff Ashton approached. I reiterated Bill’s words and shook the prosecutor’s hand, telling him it was a great job today on both sides, and it was. I can say that with authenticity because, to witness an interaction like this in a courtroom, live and in person, it is much more convincing than seeing it on TV. The emotions burst out from every dimension and it’s something a television set can never quite capture. Not yet, anyway – plus there’s something more eloquent about hearing the reverberation of a strong voice that a microphone and speakers cannot convey.

He does not want to offer his personal opinion, yet he just did ... basically. Is not the loss of human life due to murder shameless? He talks in circles. He contradicts himself all the time. Even in the courtroom sessions. He gets to where no one can figure out the point he was trying to make in the first place. Or he spins something and then when asked about it He says No Comment.
