This is just so insane, now a shirt of Baez's up for sale on Ebay    No George and Cindy didn't kill Caylee, but if they loved her like they say, should they not be on her side? Makes no sense to me to defend the daughter, that has done them wrong time and time again. They can do what they want, frankly I don't care. I know what I would do, and at the end of the day, I could be able to live with myself. And no way would I be spewing bs on any tv show, wouldn't be getting tattoos, enjoying myself on any cruise, lying, obstructing, and doing what ever it takes to help cover and lie for my daughter. Then can carry on all they want, I could care less. I'll just sit and watch when their daughter goes down for murdering their grandchild. And then real justice will have played out.

It would be a dose of karma  if bobo had to buy his own shirt back for 5000$ just to prevent any testing. Oh what a tangled web we weave..............or from Forrest Gump, stupid is as stupid does. Maybe these old sayings of wisdom don't translate well into espanol and that's why he keeps getting his leg in the wringer?

Casey Anthony's attorney to argue for private jail visits with legal counsel, parents
By Hal Boedeker

South Florida Sentinel Staff Writer
Updated: 12:49 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2009
George and Cindy Anthony had another national interview this morning, and they didn't have a lot new to say.

Cindy told NBC's "Today" she still believes in daughter Casey Anthony. Casey is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee.

George and Cindy said they couldn't sit through Friday's hearing, where a prosecutor vividly described how their granddaughter died. "It was too difficult. That's why I had to get up and leave," Cindy told Meredith Vieira.

"It was very hard for us to sit there," George said. The prosecutor was "just so descriptive."

Vieira asked why the couple hadn't visited Casey in 14 months. "We've been advised not to," Cindy said. "Everything we do or say, anything Casey does, any look that she gives or doesn't give, she's so picked apart. Even her tears on Friday, people are just picking her apart."

Could that be because it was a rare show of emotion by their daughter?

The Anthonys appeared with their attorney, Brad Conway.

The couple said they still believed in their daughter.

"I don't believe my daughter could hurt anyone," George said.
"I believe in Casey 100 percent. I know she loved Caylee more than anything," Cindy said.

Vieira asked if the couple could accept that Casey was behind Caylee's death. Cindy said she didn't believe a full investigation had been done and that nothing ties their daughter to Caylee's death.

George said they keep memories of Caylee alive by leaving her room the way it was when the child disappeared.

There were no questions about the couple's tattoos, their cruise, their lack of employment, how they're getting by without working and their dealings with their private investigator, Dominic Casey.

It was another of those touchy-feely interviews.

They feel. We get it.

That's not the issue.

I'd like to know: George and Cindy, do you think your behavior is helping or hurting your daughter's case?

What do you think? What should Vieira have asked?

Thanks Trimm. I wonder if any of the family will be sitting on the State's side come trial? I will never understand how one can choose a daughter who is nothing but trouble, and other choice words, I will not say, over the life of an innocent child? I know it is their daughter, and I know that it must be beyond hell to think your child has killed, but there has to come a time......

Of course one doesn't want to think or comprehend your child has harmed/killed someone. I do believe that the Anthonys didn't think that Casey would actually kill, they knew she was troubled/mental issues, but I for one don't think they thought she would do what she did. I could be wrong.

Good remarks by The Shadow ! lol

IMO,  I believe that the Anthonys, Conway, & the Defense not only anticipated but were prepared for Jeff's hard-hitting approach.   So was NBC, IMO.

Millionaire murder suspect in court today

Bankrupt Isleworth developer and murder suspect Bob Ward is in court now, asking a judge to change how evidence in his case goes public.

Ward is being tried in the slaying of his wife Diane Ward in September. The way the law works is that the prosecution hands over what evidence it has against the defendant during the discovery phase of the trial, at which point it all becomes public. This level of disclosure ensures the courts are fair and open. It also means that all of us reporters can get our grubby little hands on it, and write about the sordid details to our hearts content. This is largely why the press is able to publish so many stories on the infamous Casey Anthony case. By law, we’re entitled to the information.

In Ward’s case, he wants a judge to allow his attorney to review all of the discovery before it’s released to the press. This way, he’ll have a chance to raise objections to it before it enters to public realm. The argument is that the discovery might contain private and confidential information. Sentinel Staff Writer Sarah Lundy has more.

I’m not exactly sure what counts as private and confidential in a criminal case. People kill people over love affairs, illegal drug deals, financial arguments, you name it. That means bank statements, cell phone records, voice mail messages and all sorts of other stuff that in just about any other case is none of the public’s darn business gets out in the open.

Anyhoo, stay tuned.

The question is not whether a jury can be found that has not been exposed to pretrial publicity. The question is can jurors be found who can listen to the facts of the case in an impartial manner and deliver a fair verdict ? I say yes, it happens every day. I served on a jury in a child molestation case a few years ago.In spite of the info reported by radio, tv, and newspaper, when we stepped into the deliberation room we only took the facts of the case as presented in court to decide the verdict. If Mr. Conway thinks that is not possible, he needs to find another line of work,IMO.

If the little that Jeff Ashton brought up Friday had them running, How are they going to deal with a trial when the autopsy pics are shown and it gets down to the nitty gritty? I feel sure more tears have been shed by us Monkeys than any of the Anthony's have ever shed for Caylee.

The more he talks about pre-trial publicity, the more reasonable it is to remain in Orlando.  And I find it repugnant that he plays the general public for non-thinking and unethical idiots.

Conway ,Biaz, the Anthony's are always whining about not getting a fair trial because of all the talk and what the State has released. They are the ones making a run for every tv show that will pay them a fee and always in front of the cameras. I can't wait for Judge Strickland to remind them of that fact.

Casey's Parents Maintain Their Daughter's Innocence

Cindy and George appeared on the show to talk about Casey and the recent hearing, which they attended.

"I can't accept what I’ve been told, because I don't believe they've done a full investigation, and I would like them to continue to do so. There's a lot of evidence out there that has not been looked into," Cindy Anthony said.

The couple has not spoken to their daughter in 14 months, but said they hope Judge Stan Strickland rules to change that. Currently, all visits to the jail are videotaped. Casey's lawyers are trying to prevent having those tapes be released.

"Everything we do or say, or anything Casey does, any look that she gives or doesn't give, she's so picked apart. Even her tears on Friday, people were just picking her apart," Cindy said.

Cindy and George's lawyer, Brad Conway, said he believes Judge Strickland will have a ruling on the motions this week, which also include a request by the defense to throw out the death penalty.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Not the judge nor the courts nor the jail have stopped the A's from visiting their daughter.  They need to stop making it sound like they do not have the free will to get into their vehicles , drive down to the jail and go visit it.  Guess the desire to go on a cruise and fly to NY have been greater than visiting their spawn.

Seeking Justice for Caylee

That is exactly what I was wondering Darla - Friday's court hearing didn't even begin to scratch the surface - I am afraid it is going to get might uncomfortable for KC and the Anthony's and I can't wait yet it won't be near as uncomfortable as what Caylee more than likely experienced the last hours of her life
