To set the record straight... I am in no way friends to the Anthonys.  I don't know them or anything of the sort.  I just have an opionion that is contrary to the popular opinion.  When I came here today, I had planned on dropping this in entirety but I feel compelled to set this record straight.

Cece.... I want to thank you for posting that beautiful video devoted to Caylee.  It was so lovely.

I have my fingers crossed that they will not provide "special priviledges" for Casey and her family.  Laws should not be changed just for them.

I have followed this case from the beginning however I have not followed it in this forum.  It is an educational experience to say the least.

I hope all of you monkies will pardon me for stepping on toes yesterday... it really wasn't my intention to cause so much drama.  It was kind of like a snowball effect.  I am not sorry for my opinion but am sorry for causing all the drama.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Judge Stan Strickland ruled on three motions Wednesday in the case against Casey Anthony. WFTV.com is working to post them as soon as possible.

A motion for protective order was granted in regards to an interview with EquuSearch volunteer Joe Jordan.

The judge also denied the defense's motion to destroy videos of family visits.

A double jeopardy clause motion filed by the defense was also denied.

My interpretation is that NO ONE, not even BOZO will get to hear the tape that Joe Jordan did while BOZO's investigator was interviewing him...NO ONE...I think BOZO really wants to get his hands on that tape...too bad about his luck...!!!! hehe..!!

Not sure and if someone know please let us know.  I am guessing that since JJ recorded the interview with the defense team without their knowledge the protective order means that said interview could never be used??????

refused the denenses request to destroy jailhouse tapes
he also denied  the denense the right to have the charges dismissed for the fraud trial!!!
