Casey Anthony Defense To Argue Several Motions

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The next chapter in the case against Casey Anthony will play out in an Orange County courtroom on Friday -- the one-year anniversary of the discovery of Caylee Anthony's remains.

Anthony's defense team plans to argue several motions at the hearing, which is scheduled to start at 9:30 a.m.

One is a defense motion to destroy the jail tapes made during Anthony's family visits, but administrators say that would be destruction of public records.
Anthony is in the Orange County Jail awaiting trial in 2010 on a charge of first-degree murder in connection with the death of her daughter, Caylee.

Anthony said a nanny took Caylee, whose remains were found in Orange County woods a year ago -- on Dec. 11, 2008.

I totaly have always thought that baez was too persistent in getting those  tapes destroyed because he had done something with her he wanted no one to know about!! I recall her telling tracy the girl padilla hired to watch casey! anyways  casey told her she would like to be on the howard stern show but howard!  may ask her  if she was doing baez! I think she was giving hints there!! casey much  like her mom !!does not know when to keep her mouth shut!!! baez is very  worried about something! anyways he isnt your typical seasoned attorney and in my  opinion he is way to green behind the ears! he lacks professionalism and common sense. If it wasnt for lyons he wouldnt have gotten this far! he  doesnt know how to do motions and is forever sticking his foot in his mouth. He made comments that he was the first hispanic to do a high profile case! NOT other  hispanic attorneys were  upset at his remark. Because that was so not true. And like casey he had written some checks with no funds and  was in such a mess with his life that he wasnt accepted to the bar right off!! He was always in financial messes so this casey case has netted him some pretty hefty dollars!! he is arrogant! self absorbed! like his client. I wished and hope they dig deep and find alot of dirt on him!
with the way he is he wont get to far in life ! I have a feeling we will be hearing about him long after this case is done!
I  think the reason he and geraldo get along well is because they are the same!  I never have liker geraldo and  would cringe when I would hear him speak! another fool so full of himself..

Tomorrow will be quite a day.  In the am we have court.  Then in the pm JVM says she will have an hour long sit down with Jose Baez of all people!!!!!!!!!!  The teaser showed him whining that people just want to kill Casey....

I am not Trimm, but WESH is going to stream the hearing live tomorrow. Just go to their website and they will have a link to the live stream tomorrow on their front page. I am willing to bet that a few other news outlets in Orlando will also show the hearing live from their sites.

Been going over more videos this time I found one from HLN saying Roy Kronk supervisor was one of the Anthony's neighbor does anyone remember that I guess this is that so called chain LP been talking about.

Hi Rowanvamp0....yes, it's been said that Roy's boss is the A's neighbor and Roy's girlfriend works at the jail.  I believe this is why LP said there was a daisy chain and that's how Roy got his information.  I believe it's probably true.

That could be, some liquid could have spilled in the garbage bag, and that is why there is no prints.

no rose colored glasses-Your post made me think perhaps prints on the garbage may have been ruined by the Arm & Hammer detergent.  You know how there's always some left in the bottle in the end...just a thought.

Also, wondering if no prints showed up using this method, but how about a secondary method?  Anyone?  TIA
