I agree..I was sure hoping it was there.....Ga had been making approx 100.00 deposit monthly or near monthly...then he made th $50.00 one before the cruise...hey he needs gambling money ya know!!

Casey Anthony case: State Attorney's Office releases 40 pages of evidence
The State Attorney's Office released more reports, photos in the Casey Anthony case this afternoon.

The State Attorney's Office released more documents in the Casey Anthony case this afternoon.

The state released 40 pages, adding to the more than 12,000 pages that have already been made public.

Included among the documents is a series of black and white copies of pictures of Casey Anthony and her 2-year-old daughter Caylee Marie Anthony, who is wearing a T-shirt with the phrase: "Big Trouble Comes In Small Packages." Fragments of a child size T-shirt with the same words were found in the area where Caylee's remains were located.

It's unclear when or where the photographs were taken. The mother and daughter are sitting on a sofa.

Also released:

- An Orange County Sheriff's Office forensics report from October, about the search for fingerprints on items found in the garbage bag investigators seized from the trunk of Casey Anthony's Pontiac. The report said the investigator had zero results from the dozens of items, ranging from empty soda cans to air freshener sheets.

- A letter to the State Attorney's Office that details information about water depths in the area where Caylee's remains were found.

- An employee wage sheet from Event Imaging Solutions for Casey Anthony from 2004 to 2006.

The evidence is being made public in response to a public records request made by the Orlando Sentinel.

Casey Anthony, 23, is awaiting trial on a first-degree murder charge Caylee's death. The toddler was missing for about a month before her family called police in July 2008.

Caylee's remains were found a year ago this week scattered in woods just blocks away from the Anthony family home in the Lee Vista area.

Casey Anthony told investigators a nanny named Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez kidnapped her daughter. Detectives determined that person does not exist.

Water Depth Reports Released In Case Against Casey
ORLANDO -- The State Attorney’s Office has just released new documents in the Case Against Casey.

Right now, News 13 is pouring through the files.

It appears that there are about 40 pages released, including new photos that have been added into evidence in the case.

Well the defense is going to have a very difficult time trying to say there was no water that's for sure......

They certainly are - I am a happy camper after reading that report after all these months of controversy about the water levels.

I am also happy this all came out the day before court.  Nothing like rattling a few defense  and grieving family members before they have to get on the stand tomorrow .       

No time for a media blitz either for Lyon , LKB and Bobo. 

Me too.   Friday will be interesting.

No prints on garbage, how can that be?

I know it does seem odd that none were found. But I remember here on SM there was talk about maybe casey sprayed the trunk and little Caylee with bug spray maybe she sprayed inside the bags as well and the spray kind of melted them away.

The state attorneys office has released 40 pages of new documents in the Casey Anthony case. They include new pictures of Caylee Anthony and her mother.
The pictures show the slain toddler and her mother playing the video game Guitar Hero. Caylee is wearing a shirt that says "big trouble comes in small packages." Investigators found fragments of an identical shirt along with Caylee's remains.

The documents show Casey's work history at a company called Event Imaging Solutions between 2004 and 2006. The records show she made about $20,000 during that period.

An analysis of water levels in the woods where Caylee's remains were discovered concluded that the area was not inundated with water for most of the period between June 16, 2008 to December 11, 2008. But the analysis did determine that the area was submerged between August 18, 2008 and August 28, 2008.
