well dang.  I'm convinced that Caylee wondered off down the street in the garbage bag with tape around her head all on her own.  Natural death, obviously.

I have missed most of it this am but just turned on to find ALyons teaching the Judge all about the death penalty (indications for)-  and he is rocking back and forth in his chair,jamming his fingertips together- body language tells me he is not amused with the loquacious Miss L.

That may be the one thing Casey has going for her. He is not capital case qualified, unless excessive smarminess counts.

We will never be able to make a woman want her child. But we as a society could make a safe haven for those children in that situation. Let not one more child die from lack of wanting... We could call it the Caylee House.

Lyons is assuming a LOT! The State's counter argument is going to shoot a lot of this down. Lyon's is telling the court that the State cannot prove things the State thinks it can. She's arguing actual evidence.

EX: State cannot prove a plan. Well, what were the computer searches about?

Thanks Sassy.  I was starting to feel like I was losing it!  She is arguing things that are just plain wrong!  I mean, wrong...!!

It sure looks to me like Casey is reacting to key words said by the hag.  This is like training a dog.  But I think a dog would perform better.  She looks "obvious" to me.  She never one reacted this way in court until Lyons came on board.

Oh here we go...Casey was a great mother...everybody says so!!! Blah blah...Of course Andrea...nobody ever saw Casey with Caylee since she was a baby.  She was with the Nanny!!!  (either Granny or Zanny).

Few saw her in the last months of her life when she started to become a 'real' person who ran and played and could talk...and tell granny and gramps what mommy was doing.  Nobody saw her much at all then.  Lyons is sickening.  She actually said that Caylee was clean and well dressed.  Well yeah..thru stolen checks or Grannys stolen money or Cindy buying her stuff.

Makes me just as sick as it did a year ago!  Ugh!  I guess the defense idea of "child abuse" is different than mine!
