I think if you look at that very bizarre statement by David Kock, the answer is buried in there somehow.  In Aruba's distorted view of the universe and life in general, they think that Dr Phil calls Beth in to defend him and chase off the poor victims J2K by telling the world what they have said or acts they have committed.  It doesn't make any sense to a halfway rational thinking person but somehow if you can warp your mind enough, you can get some weird explanation from Kock and the rest of the Arubans.  If you really want an answer, you may need to take several hits of LSD, but I would not recommend it.

I can't remember any details of what David Kock said now and am going to have to go back and re-read that.  I do remember we all commented on how totally strange it was and what could he be thinking, etc. but have forgotten the details.

It is just plain strange reasoning but this suit was brought by attorneys in this country that should know Dr. Phil is not responsible for what is said every where in the world on TV.  That is strange they would even file it that way.

Must not be working on contingency after all!

Dont bother going back to read the hallucinations of David Kock.  You could end up hurting your brain and ending up in a coma like state or even worse - you could end up Aruban.  He basically said something to the effect that Dr Phil called in Beth to chase away his clients.   He may have been traveling through other dimensions and got caught somewhere between "off the (bottom of the) scale intelligence" and "stuck on stupid"

I think I have discovered a new medical condition.  For now, I will refer to this condition as "An Aruban-Like State"  I have to notify the mdeical community at once and get this condition documented.  Maybe I will be able to raise some funds to research this phenomenon.  Then again, I doubt anyone really cares enough to fund a project to study these nutjobs.

Well, it's very frightening but I do understand much better what Kock was saying now.  He means Beth's lawsuit is to scare away the Kelpoes.  I was thinking he meant she was to go on the Dr. phil show and scold the Kelpoes or something.  LOL!

I wonder if the Kalpoe will use the "Aruban Defense" in the wrongful death suit.  They can just go in there and say - "what did you expect, we're Aruban."  I imagine it would be better than the temporary insanity defense.  All you have to do is prove you lived in Aruba for a few months and your off the hook.  They could get a ruling of Not Guilty By Reasons of Being Aruban.

Basically what Kock was saying was that Kalpoes should sue Dr Phil but Beth and Dave should not sue Kalpoes because, well, they're Aruban and that makes them special.  Normal rules do not apply to Arubans.  They are exempt from meeting the norms of civilized behavior by reason of their Arubanitis.

They aren't missing and are all too present, etc. but still, they are Aruban and so naturally victims and special allowances should be made at all times since Aruba is such a special place.
