How does jannsen know this is the "looooongest recorded"?  Ever?

How does she know this to say this?  Is this the yield of the vaunted ALE "tactical manuever"?  You know, when the boys were set free for 20 days to be "monitored".

Don't know, but for me calls like that are one cell phone not getting the right button pushed to close/hangup the call.

Guess there needs to be some sort of transcript available to show what was taking place during the call.

Police have been criticized for letting more than a week go by without detaining the three young men last seen with Holloway and for waiting 16 days after she went missing before searching van der Sloot's home.

The 8-1/2 minute phone call could have been Joran filling Deepak in on what happened and what they were doing and what they should say.

Deepak may have known Natalee was "passed out" or even dead but that wouldn't stop him from transmitting a porn "back seat bangers" type of film.  

The 8 1/2 minute call could have been Joran sending it to Deepak's PC or Cellphone.  Deepak in turn sent it to JCC via his PC.

It isn't a "movie" like a Featured Event but something that can be transmitted or may in fact only be eight and a half minutes long which is plenty by backseatbangers, smutbus, etc. standards.

And I think Joran may have sent it to Deepak who in turn transmitted it to JCCroes.  At least I hope he did as that enters it into the good old U.S. of A. and our court.

Totally disagree, what I've seen of Bangbus productions, they are all professional setups and nothing like a cell phone transmission.

I think some thought should be given to 'bandwidth' in wifi and cellphone communications. A 8 1/2 min cell phone transmission wouldn't transmitt much of anything movie wise.

The original Bangbus may be proffessional, but there is a sizeable market for amateur videos.

Why doesn't Janssen even know the time of the 8.5 minutes transmission?  What kind of lousy research is that?

And why hasn't this already been solved, taken to court and all the rest if she has all this information?

While Janssen was getting a search warrant for homes and cars, police should have questioned these guys.  As in walk up to them on public property, pull them out of class, whatever,  and say "We know you lied.  Tell me this story again and tell me the truth this time."

Freddy was arrested in August 2005 for the alleged photographing of underage girls in various stages of nudity and distributing them on line. Maybe some of those pics were already on the camera in june? maybe that camera was then examined in june/july the pics found then, or similar?

There's a delay factor.  Deepak's "clearing house" (enabled by CyberZone remote technology and access, so deepak may indeed be at home) moves the product out for "consumption."

Carnut: we're talking "amateur" porn here.  Not model released work.  The web is filled w/ both.  Obviously, IMO.

I forgot to mention that neither Janssen nor the police did either of these things for quite a while.  Joran had to finish school and Paulus had to make sure there was no evidence.  These things take time.

Just where do I say one thing about Bangbus?  Check out a few of the more amateur sites.  There are amateur galleries, etc. with everything from still to 45 second vids to fifteen minutes.

I did NOT say Bangbus, now did I??  This would likely be going to some amateur site, without sound even.

Having Freddie's camera might be for stills, there is still some market for those believe it or not.  Not sure it is even invloved but odd they had it along.
