Phone Call

I think KJ knows length of call and not times because times were "dinked" with. She probably was waiting for hard/drive etc data....unless of course, she lied.

What about Sander who conveniently lost his phone Monday....and reported it to Freddy...but not the phone company?? Separate pictures??

So what happened to KJ's case that she said she had that evolved around these records?  Had Deepak's hard drive been altered?  If so, why is this not clearly obstruction of justice and why is his bony butt not sitting in jail for altering it right now instead of prancing around filing lawsuits to try to get rich from his wrong doing?

Either KJ lied, DK obstructed or there is corruption.  Period.  Interpol has a whole section devoted to corruption in police forces among the participating members.  Where are they in this?  Where are the Dutch in sustaining this judicial system which is so intertwined with their own?  Do they support this kind of thing happening within the fringes of their own system?  Evidently, they do.

Where is anybody???

Beth had a meeting with KJ and there are notes from her July 11th meeting. There were text messages. There was a message at 3:30 am. Greta asked what was the content of the text message and Joran sent a text message to his computer saying thanks I’m home. So we don’t really know how he got home except there was a message from Joran to Deepak saying he got home. KJ told Beth that there was a phone call between Joran and Deepak and she said that was the longest phone call ever recorded from those two boys cell phones and they were never able to find out what time that phone call took place or any of their conversations were disclosed and they knew it was significant because this has never taken place before and she doesn’t know what 18 year old, 17 year old or 22 year old boy are going to have and 18 (actually 8 1/2 minute) minute cell phone call on the very night they took Natalee.

She feels as if when she goes through her journal she sees all the alibis that were destroyed by looking at her looking through it.

How can she determine the length of the call if she can't determine exactly what time the call began and exactly what time the call ended? How can she time the length of the call?

I don't know.  It doesn't make sense.  How can you know the length of a call and not know the rest.  Maybe she was lying to Beth?

I want to believe that KJ is not corrupt & the Dutch in the Netherlands are going to bring this all in to be properly prosecuted.  I mean it would have been fruitless for any type of prosecution to take place in Aruba with the cronies of PVDS sitting on the bench, who are not able to discern "conflicts of interest".  Lord you could see one corrupt Judge but the others sit back & don't correct it?  The whole place is corrupted & if the Netherlands do nothing about it than the whole of the Netherlands will be joining that disgusting group.  I am hoping that the Netherlands comes through, along with KJ.

Who in their right mind decided to commit forgery against the Police Commissioner for the entire island?

Joran's so-called "confession" was never that but more of an accusation.  He said Deepak was responsible and something bad happened to "the girl" and we buried her.

Joran said Deepak came and picked him up at the beach and carried him home.  Then he changed it to Satish did so then he walked home barefoot, etc. but that of course leaves Natalee alone on the beach and the Kalpoes advised of her vulnerability and presence there.

Joran's theory seems to be that after he left Natalee alone on the beach, Deepak went there and harmed her.  Are these flimsy computer records that could have been fabricated by anybody at any time the only alibi Deepak has for later that night?  

Does he claim he was out of cell phone minutes to counter the idea he could have been cell phoning Joran or operating his computer by his cell phone from the beach area?  He could have been doing just that.

So we have Deepak with not much of an alibi and Satish with not much of one either, asleep.  And Nidari said they did not get home until what was it 3 am?

Is there a stronger case against Deepak than Joran?   No wonder Joey T is so happy these recent days.

I also remember seeing the pics posted of the inside of various hotels and the thread with various posters comparing them with pics that appeared with Loco Steffy and the gang to arrive at the conclusion that the events took place at the Mill Resort. I also recall that the manager of the Mill Resort was non other than Michael van den Berg. Have always wondered if this guy is related to Marten vDB the elderly obsessive who writes to all the young aruban girls?

I don't think Paulus was doing any such thing.  If he wanted to help all they had to do is call for help or take her to the hospital.  I believe Beth said in an recent interview why didn't they seek medical help if Natalee was injured.

There is something odd about that search on his computer, as though the word "teenager" was planted there, because, if you think about it.....being a teenager has nothing to do with the chemical results in the physical body when the two are mixed to a deadly degree...in other words, why say teenager ??????? Does he anticipate the computer records being investigated and puts "teenager" in there in order to pretend that she accidentially overdosed ? When, in fact, her demise was caused by something else.....say, "blunt force to the head" ? Inserting that word "teenager" along with the other two is peculiar, IMO.

My experience is it takes about forty-five seconds to download a three minute UTube video.

I am not trying to convince anybody of anything at all.  Just saying what could have happened given that we know they had been taking still porn photos at the Mill Resort and that even school children seem to take cell phone photos of their sex crimes in Aruba.

It is just a possibility among many.

in 2003 CDMA systems were transferring data at rates of 800kbs to 2.4Meg bits per second,  I dont know about Aruba and 2005 but i'm sure it was much faster than this in '05.
