CARNUT - First off that picture of Stef was not obtained from webshots.

Second, Freddy was brought in for questioning for filming an underage girl.  Geraldo spoke of videos of underage girls early on in the case.

I realize for some reason you don't want to believe there could be a video but it is entirely possible.  Nobody here is saying it's a fact, just stating the possibility.

All I have been saying is that an 8 1/2 min cell call didn't transmitt any porn video.

Ok..so maybe it didn't.  Still does not mean that a video doesn't exist.  It could have been transmitted by Deepak to JCC.

Again, it's entirely possible that aliens from outer space landed and picked Nat up from the beach, but I don't think it's anymore likely than a porn/snuf film.

So? They're still just pics uploaded to webshots, just tourist photos of events participated in. Absolutely nothing showing porn video capablility.

Oh, so if stills were used, that changes everything?  No, it doesn't.  Same thing, only not moving.

This is proof that they have taken pornographic photos in the past.  There was more to that photo than is shown here, you know.

Not only are they capable of taking some sort of porn, they have done so in the past and this is the proof.  This was a full body shot before editing for posting on this forum.

Porn does not have to be a video to still be porn.  It is the porn about which some of us have an interest, not the medium nor how fast or slow it might be transmitted.

If Joran's connection speed was anything like as slow as you claim, how on earth did he even download much less watch two porn movies?  He would have been still downloading when the school bus ran the next morning.

At home JVDS was downloading movies over a broadband connection, not a cell connection.

At home JVDS movies took awhile to download and from my understanding of the PV the downloading occured in the background and weren't even watched.

I am just trying to spend as much time as possilbe... the doctors are finding that the cancer spread pretty much... and my dad was a remarkable person... he learned to ski (snow) at the age of 62... he would rather not stay and be inactive, so I am just hanging out while I can - I think that I have made peace with myself... so now I am just hanging out.....PUMA, you're right and that's exactly what he said...

No, the PLAIN VIEW reference comes from Shango in June 2005.  It's been discussed here at SM and other websites since the beginning of the case.  I believe it's a company in Brickle Bay Florida called PLAINVIEW which Grande posted.

None of this is new information it's just all be rehashed.

Plainview in Illinois is just outside of Chicago FWIW.  Part of urban sprawl with lots of new homes going up by developers.  I think from what you're saying we don't know for sure if there's a connection between Mr. Pink and Posner.  (Miami is a big place.)  We don't know if Shango's "plain view" is a place or someone who is in the public eye, seen around town.

I'm so glad you are just spending time. It's a gift to you that he has the chance to talk to you and say what he wants to say. After I lost Mom so suddenly, I made my son sit down and listen to me and I told him why. Nothing really morbid, but I wanted him to know that he is the greatest gift God gave me, and that there has never been a moment in all of his life that he hasn't enriched mine. Absolutely no reason for him to ever second guess or regret a single experience or word between us. I told him I knew where I was going, and that no event on this earth cause endings. He will always know that we'll be together. He'll remember that conversation, and I intend it to be a comfort to him. Your Dad has the same intentions. It's love.

So what's the big deal?  Porn is porn no matter the medium, transfer rate or anythng else.  They are known to have created it in the past.  Not like its even a new concept to these three.

And if there is nothing important about that 8.5 minute phone conversation, KJ should not have said her case evolved around it and the other communications that night.  Why is she unable to get the actual time on that one call and how does she know it is the longest one ever and why does she bother to point all that out if it all means nothing?  Maybe she is a bigger liar than some of us even realized?

I think you just want to argue about nothing!   And a porn video could have been made on regular video camera and VHS cassette or more likely a CD/DVD as that is what Freddie used in the past and hand carried around for all we know.  But it is possible and that is all anybody here has ever said.  Just possible.

Of course we do not know what they did that night but then neither do you.

The big deal is that if you really look at the situation logically that night it is quite apparent that it was virtually impossible to do a 'porn/snuf' video.

Neither the technology, the time, or the apparent actions of the 3 amigos would lead to any reasoning that such an activity transpired.

I just think this topic of discussion distracts from any reasonable discussion of the case and kinda makes the whole forum look just a bit less credible in the eyes of the world.

I know that's none of my business, but it does concern me.
