Here's some info from the Internet sites and my personal comments.
http://www.lasuperiorcourt.org/"The (Superior) Court, (County of Los Angeles), serves the 9.5 million people of Los Angeles County with courtrooms spread throughout the 4000 square mile County - from Pomona to Santa Monica and from Lancaster to Long Beach."
No wonder the traffic's bad. Stanley Mosk Courthouse (this is what I have always thought of as "
The Courthouse" and have been in there) Parking is very expensive and a bear! You have to get there very early and some of the parking is reserved for those in Court.
The OJ trial was held at this Court even though she was killed in WLA on Bundy (considered Brentwood) but still LA.

I don't know where Dr. Phil films; thinking it might be Paramount or NBC.. but not in
Culver City (the Heart of Screenland) by the way... former MGM, then Lorimar, now Sony, et al including the very early Tarzan, Dallas, Knots Landing, the lady who swam alot et al. and down the street the Ince Studios of the burning of the mansion in Gone With the Wind and then the former area of the funny cops.

Maybe he was from Santa Monica. No I think his family lived in Redondo. Has better parking too and you can always part elsewhere and take a bus.
Do not park in Sears!Use your contacts please and find out which jurisdiction it will be in and then you can run the address under the Wi-Fi locators and see what is available.
Culver City has free Wi-Fi downtown but it won't be there! I am going to check on Santa Monica re: free wi-fi.. they are a very progressive city.
Hope this helps.
