ARUBA: It's all about Natalee...we won't give up!

« Reply #1100 on: March 27, 2010, 11:10:39 AM »

From Magnolia:

Amos always looks like Sorroful Jones in his pictures, but he is very active normally.
He was the last one born and acts like the baby.  He picks on the others and then
screams if they fight back.  He has the Catahoula look with the leopard spots.
He is the one that everybody picks up first.and says awwwww.  He has a baying bark.

awwwwwww, he's soooooo precious! I want to pick him up too and give him a big hug!

Amos is the one who will have a home with the lady who lost her dog of many years recently...right?  I know she will give him lots of love, and he will return it and help ease her sorrow over her recent loss.  I'm sure she'll have a new story about him to tell her coworkers every day!  It makes me smile to think about him making her smile again!

You've done a fine job with the puppies Magnolia, and I just know some of your relatives that didn't think you should have kept those puppies had a huge change of heart when they saw them!

I'm so proud of you for following your heart, and not listening to them!

Kisses for Magnolia, from the mama and the puppies!

and me....

ANNA -

Anna is small boned and delicate compared to the others, but she holds her own
She is sweet and loving and not demanding.  A perfect little lady.

Not the best picture, but it was the 4th try and I gave up.

NOLA -

This is Nola.  She is turning into a delightful puppy.
She is sweet and loving and smart and independent.

Nola reminds me of my Petey.  Petey is sweet, loving and very independent.

Thank you all for saying nice things about my puppies. an angelic monkey

I know all pups are cute, but I have enjoyed these puppies so much.

They were born in the Monkey Cage and they are Monkey Pups.

They are all just splendid!  And I am sure you will find homes for all of them, too.  These pups were just meant to be.  I know nothing of this breed and it is one of the more complicates areas with all that merle/eye color, etc.  I only know terriers but can tell a fine pup when I see it!

I think you have at least three spoken for and that's one third of them.  When those leave it will get easier and it is getting warmer outside soon, at least it is seasonally supposed to.  No signs of it actually happeneing yet, however.

When they can go outside all day, it will help.  Warning--you can only carry two at a time so we are talking about four or five trips out and again back inside with them.

I know what you mean about taking photos and think yours very good.  I would even aim in front of them to try to catch them but then just got a blur!  These are actually quite good.

Thanks for sharing.  And sneak and give Hudson a slice of cheese from me.  He is ragged by now from all of this.

This is Tess and Marvin and Tex in a box.
Tess was much smaller when she was born, but has caught up and is nearly as big as Tex.
They are a good looking pair....exactly alike.

This is the lovely Peter R. DeVries in a box

This is Wreck and Joe in the box.

Wreck is my favorite pup.  His colors are beautiful and he is a good puppy.
Everybody loves Joe.

Beautiful puppies, and so lucky to have you taking care of them. They look like they are posing for a calendar shoot  What a cute calendar that would be.

I just had three van loads of kids park on the edge of my yard and head off to explore a cave that is on our property.

I don't know if I should run them off or what.  They didn't even ask permission.

What do you think their ages are?  Is the cave dangerous?

They couldn't find the entrance.  I didn't think that they could without someone showing them, but you never know, if it might be
someone that has been in it before.
They left.  They were late teens to early twenties, I think.
I'm glad they are gone.  There are Civil War relics and writings on the walls in the cave.  We like to go along if someone goes in.
