Why is it that E-Verify isn't required to be used 100% for stimulus, healthcare, jobs, federal contracts? 

Why is it that American citizens and those here legally will go to jail if they can't afford healthcare under the new proposed legislation?  Illegal aliens continue to get a free ride in the ER and on other programs?

Why is it that illegal aliens seem to have more rights and better access to welfare programs than citizens and those here legally?
