Louise, Happy Hannikah.   I couldn't get the link to work, but found www.doublehammer.com and the link to the message I think you wanted to share.  I love it...had a doowop/jazzy arrangement....will have to share it with family & friends.  Bless you.

Hi 2NJSons_Mom,

Thanks for letting me know the link didn't work right for you. I wonder what's wrong with it. It works for me. Yes, it was a doowop/jazzy arrangement of White Christmas.

Love, Louise

Thank you for the Hannukah wishes.

I already sent it and have gotten a compliment from a friend.  It's a hit.   Not sure about the link...might just be this computer.

Knew I had spelled Hannukah incorrectly (retyped several times...didn't look right, but gave up)...glad you corrected me.  Wink

Merry Christmas! Here is another beautiful link.

http://ecard.ashland.edu/2004admission/index.html

Yesterday afternoon I put up some lights across the top railing of my balcony (7 feet long) that faces west. I got 100 mini blue lights and 50 clear blinking lights.  God must have guided me because by the time I got finished, they looked like Hanukkah candles. I kept going across the street to assess, come back make adjustments and so on. I cannot burn candles in a Hanukkah Menorah inside because my cats don't understand fire and in years past they have had their fur and whiskers singed.

Today I wrapped 100 mini red lights around a huge wrought iron bird cage (with a plant inside) that hangs outside my front door.  I climbed up the outdoor stairs to hang a long sparkling red garland with snowflakes ($2.99 from Rite Aid) to camouflage the chain from which the cage hangs. I wrapped a wood garland of primary colors twice around the middle of the cage. Then another sparkling red garland around the cage and I made the lights peek out from the inside of the stars.

It's beautiful. I'm happy. I keep having to put on my thick coat to go outside for 2 minutes to look at the cage. Maybe it's not a bird cage, maybe it's a monkey cage?

Wow Louise! That sounds so festive! You must be very creative!

If you get a chance, post a picure of your beautiful decorations. We'd all love to see them.

I thought all of you might enjoy this, it came in my email and ever since Kat McPhee sang with Andrea Bocelli I've followed her music. Great Christmas song, Oh Come All ye Faithful  Very Happy
