The judge is probably still in his chambers recovering from Lyon's speech about the death penalty, and when he recovers he will make a ruling.

I took a 5 hour nap (stayed up all night last night) after the hearing, and I am still trying to get over that speech! Man o man.
You know that is fine she is passionate about the death penalty, and I don't care if she goes all over the place giving speeches on it, but I just didn't see the need for her to go on a twenty minute marathon of non stop chatter this morning. She could have wrapped it up in about ten minutes, hit what was the most important and go sit down. The worse part is Linda Kenney Baden once she gets going is ten times worse then Lyons. I have watched Linda in a couple trials, and I would fall asleep, wake up, and she would still be talking.

No prob, Mission. It's my favorite, right after the Norelco one.

Does Josef have allergies and that is why he chews his feet. Zoe starts chewing on her leg at times, with little nibbles, does that for awhile and then licks her leg. It drives me crazy. Maybe they pick things up from the grass when they go for a walk? I have medicine for her to apply to the spot that itches, but when she sees me coming with the ointment she freaks out
Our Bandit (Australian cattle dog/mystery dad) had, for the last 5 years of her life, hotspots on her one leg. The only thing that ever worked was taking one of DH's tall socks, cutting slits in the sides, and putting the sock over her leg, tying it over her rotund back. It did work, but we could tell she was SO embarrassed we stopped doing it. We tried lotions and potions, pills and herbs. The vet explained that for her, licking those spots was like smoking a cig...highly addictive. So, we just took care to make sure the spots didn't get infected, and left her alone. We figured us picking on her about her weight was bad enough!
Wow, now that is interesting, highly addictive to licking, poor thing. I never heard of that before, but we were told by the vet when we had Samantha our Great Dane, who would rip magazines like a frustrated librarian, and took down a shower curtain and ripped it all up, that she was sexually frustrated. I have no idea how he came to that conclusion, she was spayed, but that was his diagnosis.

Seeking Justice for Caylee

Evening monkeys. I am whooped. I did get to see court today and then the big boss kept coming upstairs so I couldn't post. Plus, I was a little drained after listening to Mr Ashton's description of Caylee seeing the eyes of her mom as she was putting on the duct tape. That even had the girl that shares my office upset and she knows very little about the case.

Hi JSM.   I guess all of us feel drained after hearing Mr. Ashton gave KC a good dose of reality today.

I hope you can kick back tonight, put your feet up, and just relax.    Justice is coming for Caylee!     an angelic monkey

I think we all are drained.I have monster headache.

I'm sorry to laugh at this No Rose, but I don't have a lot of experience with having pets, other than a chihuahua years ago & my birdie, so I can't even imagine having a sexually frustrated dog. Were you able to get her to stop?

WOW SASSY That's fantastic.  I live in Pigeon Forge TN and there is a shop"The Incredible Christmas Place."  Everybody goes there to see their villages set up---Yours is better!!!

Aw thanks.   I would love to visit Pigeon Forge.    It is really pretty there, isn't it?   Its on my bucket list.

I love Dolly Parton !!

The mountains are very beautiful and there are a lot of shows and shopping.  Dollywood is beautifully decorated for Christmas with thousands of lights as is all of Pigeon Forge.  And the streets are really crowded now with Christmas shoppers.  We don't have a lot of snow, but they make snow for skiers at the lodge overlooking Gatlinburg, about 5 miles.  We did have about two inches, very unusual for this time of year, on Monday. On the other side of the mountains, in NC, there is usually lots of snow in the winter, but the mountains protect this side. I was at a small hotel in Wales and the owner was so excited that I was from Pigeon Forge because he loves Dolly too.  You should come sometime.

I love that video, but it makes me cry. That's o.k.,cause I have been crying since court.     I have to get a hold of myself.
Sidekick is coming in a little while and we are going to decorate the living room this weekend while hubby is hunting.     That should be interesting.
I have rolls of ribbon and lights and garland.I have a snowman family to stand on the stairs.
Sounds like fun    Thanks QM for all the commercials

Good Morning Monkeys.
I am already drinking coffee.  Sidekick decided he wanted to put up a tree in his bedroom here.    About 3 weeks ago he told me at 9 yrs old he was getting to big.Obviously he remembered that I always have surprises under it.Now I have decorations pulled out.He said we should get an early start.
I know he will be awake by 5:00    It's gonna be a long day.     I'll be back in a little while to see what is going on.

Trimm, you lucky dog you! I thought I was going to get a sidekick for an overnighter, but granddaughter has a cold, so grandson can't come over. My DIL is very vigilant about them not being around me when they're sick..which is good and sucks the big one at the same time.

On to happier news, it is 4 degrees American here! Yikes! WTH am I doing up???

That was so cool. Too bad they did not air it more and give a number or location to donate at the end for the memorial or the survivors.
