I am thinking punch and anything covered in chocolate.

This is the second quilt I made.  You can see that there is no fancy top stitching.  Each square is hand stitched with wool on all four corners and the middle which is then tied in a knot on top.  The last picture you can see the little stitches in the back.  I find this way faster then machine top stitching as I can do it while watching TV.  For the first few quilts I also cheated and used a good quality flat bedsheet as the back (this one is flannel) .  That way I knew what size to make them

Thank you JSM.  When I am at my Mom's for Christmas eve I will take a picture of the first quilt I made, as well as the others I made for her. 

I would love to see it. One question, do you cut out with scissors or those pizza cutter things?

I watch a show on PBS and it is two ladies that quilt and they make it look so easy and they use these plastic templates with squared off corners and the pizza cutter. I was just wondering if you do the same. I forget the name of the show, but they have quilters on that make amazing quilts. I bet Greeneyes would know the names of those women. They are funny too. QM, please don't hold your breath til they prove you wrong. They are out of money from all the trips and whatever. They need money for Christmas ...the only reason they will be on. I don't bother to watch anything they are on anymore, they mess with my lil bit of sanity.

I know what you mean. There are a lot of us who need money, but none of us I don't think, would not want it off a dead grandchild. No way ,No how.

QM, it is almost like they are on a "reality show" and are trying to win the prize. They never even think about Caylee unless they see dollar signs in their eyes. That to me is very very wrong.
