You all must think I'm a big fat woman, every time someone brings up a food or recipe, there I am saying I love it, or that sounds great  I'm embarrassed, sounds like either I never stop eating, or I never eat and it all sounds good. I eat, and it all sounds good

Have any of you ever eaten a Sweet Potato Cake? My Mom and I have a recipe for it. Not many have ever heard of one.

I have not, but when I saw you post about the chocolate eclair recipe, I yelled, yes. I love chocolate eclairs. OMG I have to stop thinking about food. I'm filling up six plush Christmas characters candy jars, and I lost control and started eating the candy 

How did it turn out?

Y'all are making me hungry.

My Grandmother that didn't cook made us a special cake for Christmas. It was called popcorn cake. It is made like popcorn balls but had peanuts and m&m mixed in and she put it in a buttered bundt cake pan. Then popped it out when it was firm.

 The sweet from the m&m's and salty from the peanuts and popcorn made it so tasty and delicious. I would eat the whole thing over Christmas weekend. 

I wish she was still around to make me one.

I've been working in my daughter's bathroom, and filling plush candy jars, I'm going to do the saltines after supper. I have everything ready to go

Tevye...contrary to what is thought, I do go to the banning thread to see how you and others are doing....not to spy and report. I seldom post there as it was made quite clear that I was not welcome. And that's fine. But I am concerned about you and other's who are going through difficult times. I will  continue to lurk in the banning thread and keep track of your progress. I am a cancer survivor and I know what you are going through...your positive attitude and your faith will keep you strong.

Each and every poster on this forum is free to post in any of the threads.  The basic rules apply, as far as staying on topic and posting appropriately.  But no one poster or group of posters "own" any threads on here to my knowledge.
