You know I love cheese curds, and I like gravy and french fries, I'm trying to figure out how that all goes together in one dish. I cant imagine it. Are the cheese curds just the cheese curds, or are they deep fried, those are great.

You take nice fresh hot fries and put them in a bowl.  Then you put cheese curds on top.  Then you pour gravy all over it to smother the fries and melt the curds.  Then you eat and eat and eat and eat!

Thanks for posting the picture of it.       My kids love cheese fries with bacon.   They would probably like this dish also.   Just looking at it makes me feel like I've gained 5 pounds.
Sassy I love cheese fries with bacon, sour cream and green onions.

Now I am thinking of mexi fries.  Fries with taco seasoned ground beef, diced tomatoes, green onion, grated cheddar and sourcream.

Cheese curds are great, when you get them fresh they are wonderful, but not as good as battered and fried. I swear they can batter anything and deep fry it and it is great.

I have had it, but I don't remember it having fruit in it.

LOL I can not remember...maybe it was the "Sock It To Me Cake" I  just remember it had a odd name and fruit...I will google for it.
I remember 7 up cake too. That is good.

Well if they are fried, they can't be bad. Anything fried is great!

Cheese curds are little-known in locations without cheese factories, because they should ideally be eaten within hours of manufacture. Their flavor is mild with about the same firmness as cheese, but has a springy or rubbery texture. Fresh curds squeak against the teeth when bitten into, a defining characteristic.  As a kid we would always go to the cheese factory and get fresh cheese, and the fresh curds do squeak when you chew them.

Cheese curds are sometimes referred to as "Squeaky cheese".[1][2] They are sometimes somewhat salty. The American variety are usually yellow or orange in color, like most American Cheddar cheese. Other varieties, such as the Québécois and New York variety, can be roughly the same color as white Cheddar cheese.
