Do any of you have children who are scared of having their picture made with Santa?  My granddaughter is 9 (9-1/2 she says), and when we see Santa in the mall, she grabs my hand & steers me the other way.  Last picture we have of her with Santa, she was about 18 mos old.  After that, forget it!

And same with Easter Bunny!

Almost every picture we have of the kids with Santa, my youngest is screaming  I use to be the same way I was terrified of Santa

Buds Girl I have been going through my bread recipes and have them ready for you once    brings you that bread maker !

I have a killer pizza dough recipe that you are gonna love!

I talked to Santa last night - he said for me to go after Christmas & buy whatever one I want.  He cooks better and more often than I do, he might end up being the bread maker!

Damn I need a husband/wife/santa like that - I don't think he is even trainable at this point.

Not training -- desperation on his part

When we first got married 30 plus yrs ago, I cooked chicken & dumplings and didn't debone the chicken, he got choked      Monkey Devil!

It's a bird, it's a plane ... it's a dog?

Of all the incredulous tales that turn up in the Quad-Cities, none that I know of can match this … A dog falling from the night skies.

And it’s true, too!

Sadie, a petite-sized Pomeranian, landed next to a Davenport street last weekend after surviving a flight of about two miles, clutched in the talons of a great horned owl.

Really?  And every year she says she going to get her picture made, then we get the first glimpse of the Santa house in the mall, she's running the other way.   I guess it's the costume.  She doesn't like Halloween costumes if they cover up people's faces either.

We could never get her close enough to even get a screaming picture.

The man's face in the second roller coaster pic is really scary     My youngest daughter was afraid of Santa, but when we took her to Disneyland one of the times, she was about two, I wanted to take a pic of both girls with Captain Hook, the oldest was crying in fright and the youngest kicked the Captain in the shins  My oldest daughter was always afraid when she was very little of the Disney characters walking around the park.
