Comic relief -- except that he is serious. "Ahmadinejad Reportedly Claims U.S. is Blocking Return of Mankind's Savior," from FoxNews, December 7 (thanks to James):

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad claims the United States is attempting to thwart the return of mankind's savior, according to reports from Al Arabiya, a television news station based in Dubai.
Ahmadinejad reportedly claims he has documented evidence that the U.S. is blocking the return of Mahdi, the Imam believed by Muslims to be the savior.

"We have documented proof that they believe that a descendant of the prophet of Islam will raise in these parts and he will dry the roots of all injustice in the world," Ahmadinejad said during a speech on Monday, according to Al Arabiya.

"They have devised all these plans to prevent the coming of the Hidden Imam because they know that the Iranian nation is the one that will prepare the grounds for his coming and will be the supporters of his rule," Ahmadinejad was quoted as saying....

The above is from http// Jihadwatch.com.  It shows the mentality we are up against.  As a matter of fact, Ahmadinejad has built a four-lane expressway to the well where he believes that the hidden imam is hiding.  The expressway will make it easy for him to tour the country when we climbs out of the well.  Bad US.  We are preventing the hidden iman from coming out of the well.

 

Yeah we are stopping the Mahdi from returning, WTF ever. I think we should show him where the Mahdi really is, couple of JDAM's down that well will keep him from ever returning. He won't be hidden forever, just blown to smithereens. JMO JSM

Wow, I just went over there to see what's up, and found out I am banned forever for being rude to the mods!!!!!!!!!! (I think it may have more to do with my Sacred Monkey membership than anything else! Brats!)

    That's weird you would be banned forever for being rude to the mods, imo.  I've never found you to be rude to me or the other mods over here at SM.  I'm sorry it happened to you, Tevye. 

I'm banned forever at In Session.  They said it was because  I called the Anthonys idiots and liars.  Everybody does that, it's part of the drill.  I can still get in on another computer if I want, but I don't want.  They are boring. Actually, I think what happened was I posted something, and someone responded that the word they thought I meant was something or other and I said, "No, I used exactly the word I meant. Thanks anyway."  Next thing I knew, banned.  LOL  I've been banned from better places than that.

Ok i am heading home, i will check back in on my bb later, if anyone has any good sayings or quotes for xmas cards, i have to fill out my xmas cards tonight i have a few sayings i found but am looking for more???

I just usually write a little personal note according to who the people are I am sending the card. My cousin encloses a letter of all the happenings in her large family for the past year. She prints it out on beautiful Christmas paper. Too much work for me. Sometimes, a small picture of the family is nice too.

Be careful going home and stay warm. 

Fanny, we have people in my family that send out Newsletters at Christmas, that look like actual newspaper articles.

It sometimes becomes a game of one up manship on their part.    I just wish for once, they would through a bone out there and say so and so was arrested for scamming granny out of money or cousin doo dah ran off with a hooker.  (not that has ever happened in my family). 

A family we used to know used to send out those newsletters. They were full of bragging and mass consumerism. One year, at a Christmas party among friends, but not THOSE friends, one guy got drunk and read the letter out loud to the crowd, with plenty of side comments (Like: "Brittany is learning to speak Spanish, and she's only 4! Isn't that exiciting?" The guy added "That's so we can hire her out as a ho in Mexico when she's 18!" Or, "Junior loves his trucks! You should see him zoom around the house with them" Guy: "This will come in so handy when he fulfills his dream of growing up to be a getaway car driver with the local gang!"

It was hilarious. Mysteriously, the letters ceased after that.

I put a brief synopsis in ours: "All are healthy, those that are supposed to be working, are. Those that are in school are staying there. We all have more than we should to eat, and we get along like family. Most importantly, we are all still speaking to each other!"

I wonder what D**ce's Christmas cards are going to say this year. "I WAS BUSTED!!!"

Either that or the twins have grown two feet tall and have learned to speak Hungarian, Cantonese, Portugese and Mandarin because they have four nannies that speak those languages.   

No, the twins have disguised themselves as dachshunds and have come to live with me.

  Well guess what, they have multiplied because Josef just ran into a pack of 4 today. Good thing they were walking through the laundry room downstairs. They were so cute and it was so cold I just yanked Josef up and ran. He thought it was fun.
