Poutine is cheese curds, somekind of gravy and french fries. At least that is what I have been told.

I tease my husband about poutine all the time. LOL

He said they sell it at fast food places in Canada, even McDonald's! He says it is good, but he has not had any since he arrived here in the US 10 years ago. I refuse to make it for him. In my mind it is nasty. Gravy and cheese curds on french fries. YUK!

Thanks Cookie!  I'm just being extra sensitive after having been so outspoken yesterday, generally out of character for me I guess? Anyhow, I know I shouldn't care, but I do. It's just I know I've never had any problems with any monkeys before, but things change sometimes.
I had stated that I am going to move forward, which I am, but I just want to know things are alright.

The maple donut with bacon and chocolate sauce looked good to me.  I love bacon, it is meat candy.
