You know I love cheese curds, and I like gravy and french fries, I'm trying to figure out how that all goes together in one dish. I cant imagine it. Are the cheese curds just the cheese curds, or are they deep fried, those are great.

You take nice fresh hot fries and put them in a bowl.  Then you put cheese curds on top.  Then you pour gravy all over it to smother the fries and melt the curds.  Then you eat and eat and eat and eat!

Thanks for posting the picture of it.       My kids love cheese fries with bacon.   They would probably like this dish also.   Just looking at it makes me feel like I've gained 5 pounds.

Now I am thinking of mexi fries.  Fries with taco seasoned ground beef, diced tomatoes, green onion, grated cheddar and sourcream.

Oh man! I am sooooo hungry now.  LOL

I guess I'll have to go start dinner.

Cheese curds are little-known in locations without cheese factories, because they should ideally be eaten within hours of manufacture. Their flavor is mild with about the same firmness as cheese, but has a springy or rubbery texture. Fresh curds squeak against the teeth when bitten into, a defining characteristic.  As a kid we would always go to the cheese factory and get fresh cheese, and the fresh curds do squeak when you chew them.

Thanks No Rose. When I hear the word curd I think of cottage cheese. The A&W sells fried cheese curds, but I didn't know what kind of cheese was being fried so I never ordered them. If it is cheddar, then I think I would be a fan. White cheese, I don't eat except on pizza.

I'll eat the coconut, but I'm not a big fan of nuts in baked goods, love peanut butter, but don't like nuts too much

  All you cooking/baking monkeys make me hungry for cake. I will eat any kind of cake as long as it has no coconuts.

I'll eat the coconut, but I'm not a big fan of nuts in baked goods, love peanut butter, but don't like nuts too much 

Funny. I hate coconut. Love nuts, hate peanut butter. LOL

So I am officially batchit crazier than a loony bin! I have come to realization I talk to my self... Not only that, I freakin carry on a d@mned conversation....with myself!!!

I cleaned out both spare bed room closets like wholly major makeover bought totes organized EVERYTHING and got rid of three trash bags of chit!! Well I was pretty proud, so I told fiancee he just liked walked off so I said wow good job huney that's awesome! And then I told myself thanks I worked hard on it and then replied I can tell good job I love u sweety and then said I love u too sweety!!

Does ne one else do this?? When he ignores me I have an outloud convo of how I think the convo SHOULD have went!!

I know... I'm nutz!!!

I eat peanut butter by the spoonful  I'm probably one of the few that likes fruit cake, but it is hard to find a good one, and when I do, I have to pick the nuts out of it.

I talk to myself all the time, and I answer myself as well. My husband is hard of hearing from all the years of loud music, and I talk and talk and then he says, are you talking to me. Well, no kidding I'm talking to you there is no one else in the room. So by me talking to myself and answering I always get the answer I want.

So I bought 10mo old nephew the kewlest xmas gift. One of those little tike thick plastic cars where u use ur feet to move it well it has a stroller stage too with removable foot board and its a cop car, his daddy is leo local! Sooo perfect! Fiancee says too spendy return :MonkeyWaa:

My kids when they were little had a Little Tyke Car, it was red and yellow. They played with that for years, they loved it, and it lasted without breaking.

But I do have picky eaters in my crowd to. One doesn't like onions, 1- doesn't like celery, 1- won't eat mayonaise, but does when they don't know it is in there lol, 1- won't eat nuts, 2- won't eat coconut, 1- won't eat chicken

Problem is half the time I do think he hears me, just so into the tv he acts like he don't. But I keep talking until he turns the volumn down  I'm the only person he claims he can't hear well, something about the tone of my voice

I love nuts in baked goods, I can't eat coconut at all. Can't stand the taste or the texture. Ugh, makes me sick just to think of it.
