What a bunch of poppycock!    Did this inept writer ever watch coverage of other well covered cases i.e. OJ, Scott Peterson, Menendez brothers, etc. etc etc - no talk show host or crime pundit is going to stop a trial for their opinion, nor even vilifying this defendant - seems to me that Casey tarnished her own self with her heinous conduct even before we knew her name.   "Wondra" no wonder, trust me...lol   This idiot doesnt even comprehend what "incompetent" means and what the bar is to meet that criteria legally      Well, at least it was good for a good belly laugh!

Wow.  This was amazing.  It sounds like this idiot would also be unfit to stand trial.  What a stupid article.  Looks to me to be written in the JW genre......anything to insert themselves.  There will be no trial???  LMAO.  What a jerk.  I'm still gonna stock up on beer and pretzels...just in case the prosecutors missed this and try her anyway.

I look at this as Casey is a done deal, open and shut case.  My desire is to see Cindy and George and the rest of the cover up clan get time.  I really think LE needs to go after this.  If not, then the public will think for future criminal activity that this is allowed and expected.  Jail time will do everyone good.  But most importantly, society will be so much more pleasant during this time.

MwC, I wish I could look at it like a slam dunk....but in the back of my mind there is that chance that some bleeding heart(s) on the jury that will throw a wrench into things. I thought OJ 's trial was a slam dunk. That taught me to never ever think that again. I, too, would love to see charges brought against the A's...but I do not believe it will ever happen unless one of them blatantly perjures themselves on the stand.  They have been given too many free passes for me to ever think there will be changes.....although I certainly believe there are crimes that they should be charged with.

Although I do agree with several statements...such as NG's numerous and often barely-qualified guests   the rest is a pipe dream...someone else who can't resist getting somehow involved in this tragedy that has now turned into a cash cow for some and that 15 minutes of fame for others....it is no longer about a murdered child to many........

JRWondra seems to be a bit behind he/she says....Her attorney, Jose Baez, will soon be assisted by a more experienced lawyer because he doesn't have the requisite qualifications to try a capital murder case by himself. The new attorney will certainly bring with him, or have the Court appoint, a team of investigators and "experts" to assist in trial preparation and the actual trial of the case.  blah, blah, blah
